Solid advice. Too many people age out of lifestyles but are in denial. They push themselves like they are in their 20s. In your 50s and older, this becomes counterproductive and often dangerous. Seen it over and over.
I found this video by accident, i have no clue who you are, but i love your message. Im 56. Ive run marathons and worked out in beast mode in the past...competing with myself, challenging and pushing my body. But after my breast cancer diagnosis last year( im doing great, mammograms save lives people!) I cant do what i used to and i was beating myself up. This week, i finally came to the realization that i am not that person anymore, and thats ok. Im more focused on being healthy and happy. God Bless❤
All your tips are great. Listening to music, wearing beautiful outfits, and working out or moving every day has been like therapy for me. I especially enjoy walking everyday. You're right, you're never too busy for yourself. Love your message.
When I’m in nature on a walk, that’s the time I choose to unplug from everything! So no music, podcasts or apps. There’s always so much noise! I simply listen to nature. You’d be surprised how much you hear, it’s beautiful. 💖
This was SO good. As a 62 year former fitness instructor and someone who has been active for most of my life, i am guilty of a lot of this! I have pushed and pushed myself and body is saying "no more". I'm trying to embrace listening to my body and what feels right to me, right now. Thank you for this push.
I appreciate your honesty about exercise. I’m 45 now and have been an avid exerciser for 35 years. I’m just now starting to listen to my body and I don’t push as hard when I’m tired or too sore. It’s a daily process of looking inward and being in touch with ourselves. 😊❤
100%% I grew up a varsity athlete turned chronic exerciser into 20s/30s (runner, crossfitter, then weights/hiit). I kept "seeking" as I became more and more tired and bloated and felt I was fighting for my energy and spryness. Buying into Tim Ferriss, Mark Sisson, even Martin Berkhan style advice. During covid, I got SICK of at home hiit and weights, so I started dancing/flailing (grew up on ballet and swing) to music I loved. Since then, I subscribe to ANYthing that feels like dance, from zumba to kickboxing to hiphop fit (and faster yoga flows), and I have the BEST body (definition/leanness) and maintained my weight for 3 years because it is a joy to dance nearly every day. My body feels my happiness. I'll lift/bodyweight hiit style when I have extra killer energy or frustration. I came to realize - everything is a sale to distract you from your own intuition.
I love this and I’m glad that I found your channel. I am 45 and I am 3 years into eating Whole Foods plant-based (95%) for health and ethical reasons and and I’m learning to listen to my hunger and body as well. It is a constant experiment that I’m getting better at all the time. I feel so much better after changing my diet and lifestyle. I have always been very active and moving. I almost have the body that I want. I feel very close. This is so helpful to hear.
I had to stop intense cardio because it produced more body fat and the weights because it started to cause inflammation. When I lost 30 pounds, I didn't work out at all. The struggle now is to find something enjoyable that doesn't produce inflammation/pain but still grow muscle.
I’m so glad I found you! I put myself in a habit everyday first thing everyday exercise. You’re so right. I’m doing what is best for myself and I switch it up through the week. This one habit has made a significant difference in my life. I also stopped eating after 8. I’m not always rigid on that if I’m hungry after 8 I will allow myself a healthy snack. Upon these two things I’ve seen so much change in myself physically mentally and emotionally ❤
Thank you for sharing, @MichelleLaMotte! ❤ It’s amazing how those small changes can make such a big impact. You might enjoy my video "Want a Perky Booty at 50+? Try This 3-Minute Workout! 🍑" ua-cam.com/video/pdBHZDA2voQ/v-deo.html Don’t forget to subscribe for more! 🙌
Hi Hilary! Just found your video, very inspiring and I can relate to what you're saying, as the only exercise I can bear to do is dancing, and walking. Everything else makes me tired and bored, but I've been able to lose weight and keep in shape at 58 years of age by dancing every day, with some light weights some days. Like you; I have also quit alcohol and sugar in April when I did the 75 Hard challenge (though I'm planning to have some on special occasions) , and I follow the Mediterranean diet, since that's what I grew up with. I had a frenemy that used to tell me it was impossible to lose the menopause belly. Well, I just like to proof negative people wrong. They motivate me. I am now 54 kilos, and my menopause belly is gone, and determined to keep it that way! 😄
Ohh how did you do it? Please and thank you!! I am 58 and getting into more movement and doing my best to change things and get rid of the extra weight and menapause belly!!
I have been a “gym rat” since my 20s. Now in my 50s I am still happiest when I am working out. The difference is I workout in the comfort of my own home, absolutely use walking as a major part of my workouts, and listen to my body. Nutrition drives my “beach bod” and not starving myself and doing crazy amounts of intense cardio. I am on a path now to be in better shape in my 50s than my 20s.
Loved this! Especially the point about trying to prove something because once you stop trying to prove something you start to listen to yourself.. this is Gold!
That's exactly how I felt after I did my first & only marathon in my mid 40s. I used to enjoy running but after the marathon I really had a strong sense I was causing significant stress to my body. Punishing. It's so great to hear you talk about that. At 49 I'm not walking, weight training & stretching WITH the assistance of HRT. Life saving game changer!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🙏 I totally get it-sometimes pushing ourselves too hard can feel more punishing than empowering. I’m so glad you found what works for you now, and it sounds like you’ve really found that balance with walking, weight training, and stretching. HRT can be such a game changer too! Here’s to continuing to listen to our bodies and finding joy in movement! 💪💖
Perimenopause!!! It hits all women from late 30s - early 50s for like 10-15 years before transitioning to fully menapause. 😖 😣 everything I did in my 20s/30s doesn’t work anymore! 😡
Yes! I’m 43 and just went whole food plant based, for ethical reasons, about 6 weeks ago. Such a huge vibe shift! I’m a new first time listener (thank you algorithm) I walk, rebound, and do mat work all gentle and loving and I have never felt more feminine. Thank you for saying and sharing that. I’m with you!
LOL! I was logging onto my HIIT workout when I saw your podcast. I am 56 years old, a fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness competitor for a few years, marathon runner, tough mudder racer, and a competitive soccer player for 18 years. While I ran my fitness business for 20 years I was also a high school principal! Which is an impossible job on its own. Anyways, suffice it to say that I am competitive and a very driven type A personality. I retired last year and I have been on such a journey of discovery. I do more yoga and teach it, I meditate everyday, and I am “ trying” journaling. I live in beautiful Nova Scotia on the ocean where I take advantage of the peace and serenity. I am making this sound like I have figured it out. However, I have definitely not figured anything out when it comes to slowing down, being kind to myself and realizing that , as you say, I am “ hurting” myself with my workouts. I am improving but if I want to feel like I have actually done a sweat drenching workout and leaving it all “in the mat” then lifting heavy( crossfit training) or HIIT is my go to. I am continuing to work on me as I now have time. Thank you for your video and I will continue to follow you.
Thanks for watching and commenting! Not every workout needs to be a sweat drenching workout. You CAN 'leave it all on the mat' and give each workout everything you have without killing yourself. XOXO
I didn't know I needed to hear this 😭 I'm a Capricorn-I do everything to the Nth degree....and I started to hurt. And I needed to rest. And I started feeling less and less enjoyment at the prospect of my daily workout. And THAT'S the part that's started to scare me. Thank you for sharing! 🙏❤️
Omg! I’m a Capricorn too and I’m very intense!! I’ve also always done everything to the nth degrees… I go 150 miles per hour and always have… at 49 now, I’m feeling like I need to slow down. I also needed to hear this. 😌 I need a mindset shift.
Great messages to people ! Thank you . Love what you said” you are not too busy for yourself “ I’ve been workout years, and been studied many fitness experts theories …but your common sense and back to basic self check is really resonating with me. Thank you for the great work.
wow! the best and simplest video I have ever seen. I am the same, I am 39, almost 40 years old, I love running and I have been a runner for many years, however in recent years I have verified that it affects my body composition in a bad way. I implemented weights 5 years ago and it has been the best decision. Today I have decided to reduce running and eventually eliminate it completely, since walking is much better for me...weights, walking and healthy eating ^_^
Thanks dear. I am 59 yr old female from India. I love doing excersis regularl y specially strength & HIIT workout. But 2018 had chicken guniya means viral arthritis unable & painful joint movement but then in corona pandemic I found Travis elliot yoga / I am totally changed as it is joint friendly and more challenging.
Thank you, 🙏🏼 new sub bc of this video!! I’m 47, fit been fit most of my life. Forced hysterectomy at 39, NO HRT, everything natural but my body turned fast within about 7 years. I was out of menopause by 46. Everything you mention was my own internal voice and it started feeling wrong in my gut. I’m trying to be more gentle, it is very hard when you are used to being demanding of self. I never am demanding or competitive with others, it was like I saved it all for myself (working on childhood stuff for awhile), I know helped me with this awareness. Thank you for the video I need to hear other woman say this, bc that former voice is LOUD! I was a competitive gymnast and the narrative is not gentle 💜
Great advice! I'm the same age, about to turn 52 and had a similar journey, noticing that the workouts and the running and cycling I used to do wasn't good for me anymore. Now I do gentle exercises. I can't say I'm in as great a shape as I'd like to be yet. Struggling with autoimmunity and GI issues, recovering from an eating disorder, etc. but I feel good most of the time and the best part is the relationship with my body that is better than it's ever been. Like you say, listening to yourself and really being with yourself, that's key. Thank you!
It took ages for me to figure out what works for me now that I’m in my 40s and what worked for me before no longer does. I absolutely love weight training (with Caroline Girvan app). I train 5 days a week with her. I walk in the woods every day. I take two full days of break. I started eating way more healthy fats and protein than I ever have before. I eat according to my cycle which means I do a mix of fats and protein and intermittent fasting on some days and carb (fruit and veg, less protein) and no IF on other days. Whenever I feel very tired, I don’t push myself. All of the above made a huge difference.
That’s exactly what I do! Since I found Dr. Mindy I’ve learned about the different needs we have throughout the cycle and it has been a game changer alongside IF. Love it!
So glad UA-cam sent me this amazing video! Thank you Hilary for such a refreshing insight. So many things you said resonated with me (55 year old woman) I’m definitely going to adopt your mindset from now on 😀
Thank you so much for the motivation you gave me.. I am 51 and you are saying what I feel about hard workout and how we have to listen to ourselves and how people everywhere talking about importance of hiit cardio and letting heavy .. I can’t wait to see how you workout and what you eat
Thank you for watching and commenting! Listen to yourself, let go of the HIIT and exchange it for weights (heavier for bottom, lighter for top IMO) and find movement that brings you joy!
Listen to myself, eat well and sleep well. i reach my 40s, i stop doing all those slimmer waist and booty workout, coz i see results no more. now i find out workout according to my cycle is the best, pilates fit me the best, while feeling more energizes, i do barbell or dumbbells exercises 20-30 mins and hiit, then i must save 1 day for mobility exercises and 1 day for deep stretch.
I have been working out for the last 7 months with an online trainer - I have gotten stronger, but am not crazy about 3 weigh workouts a week - that change every month ( I will not say the program) - I think I need more variety in my workouts, and not stress about "lifting heavier". I have not changed much since the beginning, but do now recognize I am too sedentary. Very busy exec, I liked the message here! I have found that watching cute guys on youtube walk 5000 steps and listen to music as I step along with them is so much fun! Hope that moves me toward my goal of losing the menopause weight and getting back in shape!
I will say, lifting weights 3 times a week is good for you and the rest of the week just move- do anything that you enjoy! Cute guys on youtube... love it!
I’ve had chronic fatigue for the past 8 months. I’ve learned how to pace myself and do gentle exercise that blesses my body otherwise I crash. There’s beauty in this difficult time because my body has so many important things to say and even if I’m in pain, I’ve decided it’s for my benefit. I’m listening.
Thank you so much for sharing this! 🙏 It’s incredible how much wisdom our bodies hold when we take the time to really listen. Pacing yourself and embracing gentle exercise is such a beautiful way to honor your body during this challenging time. Your perspective-seeing the pain as something to learn from-is so inspiring. Sending you lots of strength and healing vibes on your journey! 💖🌿
I am 44. Trying to lose weight now for health reasons. I have been overweight all of my adult life. I’m learning to listen to my body to keep moving my body daily from a sedentary lifestyle. Love this and completely agree with you😊
You're so welcome- happy to help and love your accountability for the mindset needing to change. YAY YOU! Make sure to subscribe here and sign up for my free download hilarysilver.com/subscribe
Yes THIS! I did CrossFit for years and around 40 I realized how much stress that was putting on me both physically and psychologically. For me I couldn’t hear my body in the moment and ended up doing more damage than good. It’s now been 8 years of finding a new path to health and wellness.❤
Love this! I couldn’t agree more, i tried so many things til i started listening to my intuition, for both nutrition and exercise and be kinder to myself.
Wonderful! Kinder to yourself... that's the only way! Thanks for watching and commenting- make sure to subscribe so you don't miss any of my videos! Lots of good stuff coming!
Wow, thank you so much for this. Perfect timing. I am at the point that my body hurts after working out. This totally makes sense. Beautiful message, thank you for sharing 🩷
I too am in my '50s and have felt the need to change up my workouts. It does feel like I'm hurting myself, but I am driven to feel like I have actually worked hard, but I just wanted to comment and let you know that I'm in the same boat that you are and I'm feeling the same things
Wow this was like the most inspiring video I’ve ever seen with best advice ever. Love everything you said ! I’ve been vegetarian and vegan most my life as I’ve grown up on a farm so also seen what happened to the animals. I now eat eggs but have my own happy chickens. Thanks for a great video ❤
Hi Hilary, just stumbled across your video, there is just so many online nowadays. But I was captured in your first few minutes when you say about people who value keeping in shape. I've always pushed myself and worked so hard but at 44 i'm starting to understand as you rightly say, it's about listening to your body and it must be enjoyable. I've started mixing up my workouts lately and I really look forward to them now. What you say within your content is very true 👌. Really good psychology spin, to think of things from a different angle from a fitness perspective. Good for you 👍.
Just found your channel and I love it ❤ everything you speak I see the same . I am a 53 yr old female who had the same realization. I went vegan 11 years ago due to ethics and morals and feel so much more in line. Also trying to see working out needs to be different. Thank you for these 5 truths❤
🎉wow this video really hit home 🏡 for me. I can relate to all the rules and trends then comes what I like to call them 🧠mind monsters 👺 Really appreciate the tips Many Thanks 🙏 for all you do
Hey @moonwatson9126! I'm so happy this video resonated with you! Those mind monsters can be tough, but it's awesome you're taking control. Thanks for the love and support, and I'm so glad the tips helped! Take care!
Thank you. My philosophy too. I do 1 hour of mouvment every day : walking, dancing, in the fitness or doing the Jane Fonda aerobics. Depends on my mood.
Welcome, I'm so glad you found me. Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss my videos and also, I have a free video download/pdf guide that people love so be sure to grab that too! hilarysilver.com/subscribe
Hey @BoopsieSmurf! I'm so glad you liked the message! And yes, the outfits really do make a difference, right? 💯❤️ They just add that extra spark to the workout! Keep shining! ✨
You have given me a new outlook! You have given me encouragement! I just happened upon your podcast this morning and am so grateful for you. I went plant based for the exact same reason as you mention...I saw, and can never contribute to that pain again. Thank you for your positive influence!
I'm glad I came across this video. Very motivational. I agree with everything that you shared. Will save this one to listen to whenever I need motivation. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
I totally agree! I don’t like the heavy lifting anymore and certainly can’t handle the frenetic orange theory style workouts. Pilates feels good and my physique responds well to it in concert with eating well . Diet really is such a huge part of, so it’s worth training the tongue to have a healthy body ! And cute workout clothes inspire .. I need some , have any recs in that direction . I’m looking at revamping sports bras that don’t have to be wrestled over my head …
Hey @mrohde2067! I totally get what you mean-Pilates is such a great way to feel strong without the intensity of heavy lifting or fast-paced workouts. 🙌 And you're so right, diet plays a huge role in feeling and looking your best! As for cute and comfortable workout clothes, I totally recommend checking out brands like Lululemon or Athleta-they have amazing options, including sports bras with easy front closures, no need for wrestling! 😄 Happy shopping and keep rocking that Pilates routine!
You didn’t say that what kind of workout you do now ? Since you stoped hitt , lifting weights and 10000 steps? I believe walking is the best workout for health and everything , the more you walk the better shape you could be 😂I walk 15000 and 20000 steps everyday and I love it
❤ Thank you, that was so simple and honest and really inspiring as a result… Hardly surprising in a way as within our early enslavement programming which covers nothing but BS Non Sense and Drama (normalised), as a result we become stupid and more so as time goes on because we dare not do something “wrong” or not be “right”… Thank you again Hilary, with Best and Love…Namaste 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤😊
Hi!! Thank you so much for watching and letting me know what interests you. This is very helpful for me. I plan to share more coming very soon so make sure to subscribe. Also grab my free 5 minute video training and download, I think you'll love it! hilarysilver.com/subscribe
I love your video and the real approach to health!! The turn point at 50 ... is ... if you check astrology ... a huge shift that happens at that time and it's called Chiron return!! I see it over and over in clients ✨
One thing that's been so challenging for me now at almost 60 and 3 years post meno is that because of massive amounts of unrelenting stress for a few decades I actually have to stop working out for now. I can do easy walking or gentle rebounding, but have had to give up my beloved kettlebell workouts and long hill hikes because my adrenals are fried and cortisol goes so high I can't sleep at all. What IS working for me is 1. SLEEP 2. WHOLE food, plant based only-no refined sugar, alcohol, wheat flour or processed foods 3. legumes daily for soluble fiber/liver detox and hormone balancing. Those things are slowly lowering inflammation and healing my adrenals and as long as I do them weight is sloooowly coming off. I have to be ok with that. I need to heal. I don't to try to look 25 or please other people's opinions. IT WORKS. Blessings!
Thank you so much for sharing your journey! 🙏 It sounds like you've really tuned in to what your body needs right now, and that’s so powerful. Prioritizing sleep, whole foods, and healing is exactly what we need sometimes, even when it means stepping away from workouts we love. It’s so important to honor where we are, and I love that you’re focusing on healing and not external pressures. Slow progress is still progress! 🌱💖 Blessings to you on your continued healing journey!
I want to have a strong body to prevent injury lifting 20 lb weights and or walking and eating in a healthy way is the best way to make me feel happier. Music is a must! I train 5 days a week with sydney houdyshell and i have loved it and have toned so much and that was the goal. I should also walk now that it’s not 100 degrees. I do mediterranean diet for now and i am not counting calories. Not sure what diet sydney does but i do what I love and everyone else stays happy ❤
Hi Paula! Thank you so much for your kind words. I can only imagine how much everything shifts as we age-your perspective means a lot. I’m grateful I caught this early and could share the message. Take care, and thanks for watching!
Stay consistent most important stop eating after 8 keep bowel movements going and love yourself ladies get up play your favorite music and just start dancing 💃
Please share some of your favorite workouts that keep you inspired. Yoga? Pilates? Cycling? Weightlifting solo or in groups? What all makes up your joy fitness library?
This is the first I’ve seen of your content and it looks amazing! I’ve decided to shift my channel from solely being about the women’s fiction books I write and more about content like this. Not just like this because you’re more confident than I am, but hopefully some of your videos will help with that. 😂😊
I just turned 42 and I definitely resonate with this!!!! I had to make changes to my diet for other reasons a few years back and I learned how to be in tune with myself. When I finally decided to add exercise, all the advise just wasn't feeling good. As she said, I was exhausted, depleted, sore all the time and there were no results! When I threw all that in the garbage, picked up a weighted hoola hoop, got on my yoga mat for 5 min of pilates or stretching, 5 min on stair climber or rowing, stand still stretching like arms up for 5 min still against a wall... all the sudden, my body Really responded! I look great! I have no rules, I have no set anything- other than - if you can try to do at least 5 minutes of ANYTHING today, just try... that's it. some days is much more, some days is just the 5, but I'm not sore, I'm not exhausted. ALSO extreme work outs made me way hungrier than I needed to be, they triggered me to over eat. Now my appetite is light! and same as her, I don't really restrict things but I do not have much breads because i feel immediately tired and i don't like the feeling. I also fast, but only to keep my caloric input in balance, because I am prone to emotional eating/stress eating/ and eating out of boredom... with a fasting window I'm more mindful of what I'm choosing to ingest and moderate amounts, and the discipline helps my confidence. I don't starve! if i know i didn't get enough calories in my window... I listen to my body and break the fast and eat something healthy :) I'm beyond my goal weight. I'm 42 and got carded for an 18+ bowling alley the other day. She is giving you the truth! I hope you listen to this and stop following fads! also look into hormonal balance or eating for your hormones, and the gut biome 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤
love this !! I did a video on emotional eating you may be interested in! we are ALL emotional eaters and I explain why then give you a free resource that helps! XO
Yes, when I used to weight train heavy, the only thing I wanted when I finished was wings and a wheated beer because I felt famished and the wheated beer made it so I didn't 'crash', otherwise, I would go home and sleep
What if I got fat and my cute workout clothes don’t fit!? lol. Jkjk (well this is true buuuut…) I know what you said in this is true. I can look back on my years of fitness and know. I realize this is the path to getting back in shape. Thank you for the video. Loved it.
You ALWAYS look cute and if your clothes don't fit now, just get new ones so you feel good now!!! I don't work out because I DON"T love myself, I workout because I DO (even when I am up a few pounds)!!! XOXO
Pretty good list! Thank you! Agree with all except the vegan thing… not the morality of it just the nutrition part….. hope that part works out for you. You look great. When you said you were 52 I nearly fell off my couch. You look so youthful! Blessings.
Hi Hilary, great video with very important tips about how we treat ourselves. I am an avid exerciser, every day now for almost 30 years. I have never pushed myself to the point of hurting myself. I do have a tip for you to make your videos even more professional. Your video, or videos, first time I've watched your video, would be more pleasant and professional if you would use clean language, clean words. Swear words coming out of a woman who is trying to help people have a better life is more becoming. Just a suggestion.
When you’re building a specific body part like your arms, I thought you weren’t supposed to do that everyday because the muscles need rest in between to build. If you resistant train the same muscle group everyday then how can that muscle build and repair?
You're absolutely right, @sarahboudreault7779! Muscles need time to rest and repair after a workout to grow stronger. If you're training the same muscle group every day, it can actually prevent recovery and hinder muscle growth. It's important to give those muscles time to rest, usually 48 hours, to allow proper recovery and avoid overtraining. Thanks for bringing up this great point! 😊💪
HIIT is fine for any age just adjust the rest time duh. And include your vitamins if your not eating in food B100 vitamin d with k magnesium magnesium !!!
Hi @Nisa_Young! Absolutely, HIIT can be beneficial at any age, as long as it's adjusted to your fitness level and includes proper rest. And yes, vitamins and minerals like B12, vitamin D with K, and magnesium are essential for overall health, especially when you're active. Great reminder-thank you for sharing! 😊💪✨
I would say that, while we can’t know for sure, that guy on the elliptical who works out every day is perhaps doing it to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol, and to boost his mood. You say his body never changed in appearance, but so what? Maybe the change was on a chemical level. I like your general message though - you’re promoting intuitive exercise, similar to intuitive eating which from the sounds of it you’re doing as well. As a dietitian, I approve this message! Dump the weight loss diets people. Embrace the healthful & intuitive.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment, @barb9990! I completely agree-sometimes the benefits of exercise are more about what's happening on the inside, like improving mood or regulating blood sugar, rather than just physical changes. I’m glad you appreciate the message, and I love that you, as a dietitian, support intuitive health. Let’s keep embracing what feels right for our bodies! 😊
Have you faced similar challenges on your fitness journey? 🏋♀ Let us know in the comments below!"
Love this!! Keep it up! XXOO
Yes absolutely. I am 52 n I hv realized operating frm a high vibrational frequency...happiness, joy n training wrks beautifully.
When I’m in nature on a walk, that’s the time I choose to unplug from everything! So no music, podcasts or apps. There’s always so much noise! I simply listen to nature. You’d be surprised how much you hear, it’s beautiful. 💖
The world is not ready to hear this, but a bunch of us needed this to step into the next phase in our life.
Yessss!!!! Love this ❤

I love this and I’m glad that I found your channel. I had to stop intense cardio because it produced more body fat and the weights because it started to cause inflammation. When I lost 30 pounds, I didn't work out at all. The struggle now is to find something enjoyable that doesn't produce inflammation/pain but still grow muscle.
Rebounding! I love it
I’m so glad I found you!

Just keep having an amazing mindset, doing what you love and listening to your body! Happy for you XO
Thank you!! XOXO
Facts.
Yep. We have to listen to ourselves and just take in what works for us and leave the rest. XO
After around 55 it all ends and you feel better than ever 😊
No periods
No weird symptoms
Who wants periods?
Not me!!
Loving my 60's ❤

Cute guys on youtube... love it!
I love this so much! 🙂It is exactly what I've been intuitively feeling and it is SO refreshing to hear. Thank you for your integrity.

Ok fine bye. Listening at the gym but I guess I’ll go listen to some jams now 😅
I just turned 42 and I definitely resonate with this!!!!
I listen to my body and break the fast and eat something healthy :)
I'm beyond my goal weight.
I'm 42 and got carded for an 18+ bowling alley the other day.
She is giving you the truth! I hope you listen to this and stop following fads!
also look into hormonal balance or eating for your hormones, and the gut biome 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤
