For years we never knew how to turn on our water pump in our 1999 Coleman Popup Utah. Heck we thought the switch was for the refrigerator. Now we know. We wanted to take a moment to share what we found since there really wasn't much on the internet. We hope you found this helpful. Happy camping!

Just bought my first pop up which is a 03 Utah. Finally found someone with the same type of camper finally.

Hello Nate, Happy this helped! If you don't use a lot of the water systems on board, you should check out the video I did with the USB pump and the Reliance water jug. So many other options these days. Which can save so much more water. Heck we use a simple 1/2 gallon garden pump sprayer as seen on our website "Shop" page with Amazon links. Outofofficecamping.com

Thanks for the video. I have a 2003 Coleman Fleetwood Niagra that my wife and I just purchased this year and I want to use the internal water pump to winterize the camper. Well, I looked everywhere and came up with nothing except it must be behind the wall or something. So your video gives light to the situation and I will go out in the morning and remove the cover to see if in fact the water pump is there. It seem like it would be because I can hear the pump when it is on from that vicinity. Thanks again for the informative video.

when you went to replace your pump, did it still run, and just not have water pressure? was wondering if that screen filter you were talking about needs to be cleaned.
Hello Daniel, actually, the filter was clean. I replaced it since it was clearly all original, and while I was doing the pump, it was a simple swap at the same time. Really no different than when you replace a fuel pump. It is just simple and cheap to replace the filter at the same time. The pump clearly had issues due to the horrible noise. Possibly the bearing. Either way, it is a great opportunity to go to a quiet pump. Crazy thing is we actually never use our water system. It's just easier to bring our Reliance 5 gall water jug. We do a great deal of off grid - remote camping. We love simple systems.

Did you screw the new pump back into the floor? Where the holes in the same place?
Hey sis, Yes same holes as original. The pump is a direct replacement. Made it simple to install. We used the pump this last trip for showers and dishs worked great.
