Hollywood A-lister Jonathan Majors has been found guilty of a lesser charge but not guilty of more significant charges in his domestic violence case. According to reports, Majors injured his ex-girlfriend unintentionally while trying to retrieve his phone from her during an onsite confrontation. Consequently, Majors lost his Marvel contract and his future career in Hollywood is in question. Yung Joc expresses the public perception of Majors' actions; although Majors may have been defending himself, the video showing him putting his ex-girlfriend into a car can be perceived as assault. However, no matter how these events are interpreted, it's clear that the consequences for Majors are severe as he is likely to face significant career difficulties as a result.

If it was real, they could of kept it private. They know what they're doing. They are actors. Meghan is recently divorced, and he is in this legal foolishness. They get to not be alone, and have somebody to go through this with. Now, she has "moved on and is happier than ever" (perhaps with an extra check) and he gets his "modern day" Corretta who will stand by him in court. This is real for Hollywood, because this is nothing but a celebrity couple and PR at its finest. Nothing is real, just what they want you to see and believe.

He wouldve had to call the Police and press charges on her for theft, when she took the phone. As soon as your threaten or inflict bodily harm it can be called Harassment or Assault.
This happens to your average Black Man everyday, its no surprise he caught this charge, its ultimately the result of gambling around in Toxic relationships.
As someone who works in the CJ field, his case is no different from any other common DV situation. The only reason people are making such a big deal is because he is an actor. It doesn't take much to be charged with assault or terroristic threat these days.
I just feel like it's one of 2 things. Either it's something he didn't want to do behind closed doors and it's his punishment or this is his sacrifice for something big.

And what no one is mentioning is that he was convicted bc her finger was injured and the evidence they use is the video of him putting her in the car. However it was stated that the injury happened in the car when Majors took his phone back(totally legal). There was no injury from him putting her in the car so if the injury didn't result from the evidence, he shouldn't have been convicted at all.
