Grind your chia seeds before eating them (you can grind more and keep them in the freezer), or your body won't be able to absorb any of the nutrients because humans can't digest the outer layer of the seed. It basically just travels through your body withoud any benefits. xx

Best is to mash up a banana and then Cook it with the oats makes it Nice and creamy and gives sweetness. Also Nice to add in a chopped up Apple
