Love the content guys
Check out PRS SE Silver Sky that came out in 2022. It's close to the John Mayer core model at a fraction of the price. Not the cheapest guitar but I've watched enough videos to be intrigued by it. Not a JM fan. Got bored with all the brand worship.
Watched that collapse during blindfold guitar tests. Tried to remove nostalgia from my evaluation.

Guitars are more affordable now than ever before imho. I paid €125 for my first acoustic back in the 90ies (not even euros yet) and it's a piece of junk! Can't believe the value of 'budget' guitars nowadays.
