I couldn't stop fidgeting with mine when I got one last month. There's about 5 different ways to deploy the blade and the action smooth. Just a fun knife. I have the linen micarta with black blade. It's very nice in person. All I did was hit the edges and corners of the micarta with 400 grit paper.
I received the PF Beluga in the mail earlier this week. It's just so nice all around. The Micarta is great ,the action is amazing and I love the blade profile as well. You can't go wrong with the Beluga! I have one problem with it. It's so pretty I don't want to use it!
That's what I did, @@stinkybuddydog. I bought the G10 version first. One of the very first ones (early September). Then the micarta version became available to order, on October 10th. When that one arrived, it was so absolutely gorgeous. No way was I going to carry that thing, and risk something happening to it and not have a backup. So then I ordered a second micarta version, and then when it arrived. I could finally carry one of them! 😆 I have since ordered and received a fourth one. I'm all in, and Beluga sick! 🤗 I've been going with the blasted blades, so I've been taking off the clips and blasting and tumbling them to match the blade. 👍
So it has the exclusive bi-way pivot system?🤔 This one seems to one of the top 3 budget knives of 2021, and also seems to be the most popular Petrified Fish. Just ordered a Sitivien off Aliexpress, should be here in a couple......months lol.
I haven’t taken it apart yet to see if the Teflon washers act as a spacer so the PB washers fit, or if they’re supposed to be used on their own. Either way, it’s cool to have options lol The Beluga is definitely in my top 5 budget knives for this year. Hahaha a couple months is right lol

I love mine. May very well be the budget knife of the year for 2021.
It’s definitely a great knife that deserves that title. There hasn’t been many budget knives that have blown me away like this one has.

Have you tried out any other Petrified Fish knives? This is my first from them, but I definitely want to check out some others now.

I'm glad to see you got one! I really enjoy mine. One of the few knives I can actually thumb-flick the fuller😂 And that blue micarta looks great!
Same here! It works so well with all deployment methods! It’s even nicer in person, you’ll have to get one in these scales at some point lol
It’s a pretty nice knife for the price. That micarta looks good. WMK was out of the micarta ones when I ordered mine so I had to settle for g10.
