Your editing skills are almost as impressive as your welding skills Two thumbs up man As someone who spends a ton of time editing my own videos for UA-cam I get it man That was sick !!!
Maybe a self dipping TIG machine? Yes like a MIG but with the looks of a TIG weld and no splatter. Lol. Sounds crazy but probably not too far off if done right.
Funny but got some good points. One of the first things I thought about when you reviewed the Fronius the first time was 'what are you going to do with THAT much adjustability?' Frequency is good to be adjustable, but in fractions? 20000Hz?
This is exactly what I feel like Lincoln is trying to sell with these auto set machines and their UA-cam Makers as the face of their company! The way I look at it setting up a machine is 50% of being a welder
I agree 100% and I have a Lincoln 210mp and I think it’s a piece of shit cause the auto set is garbage cause you pretty much have to set it a gauge higher than what you’re welding but still in my opinion for people who truly want to learn how to weld they need to learn how to set up a machine
Why does it tell you what you've done wrong AFTER the fact?? I'd like my robot to tell me "faster! faster!" WHILE I am doing it. Not when it's too late. Wait... We are talking about welding machines. Get your dirty mind out of the gutter now! :)
Sad to say that technology may skip holographic instruction and go all robotic. A welder will be an android like machine capable of welding anything anywhere anytime with precision no human can possibly achieve for a lower cost and without rest. It's already happening in controlled factory environments, but the work is at a static location. They will even be able to diagnose and service themselves. So if your not the guy designing a better version or tweaking them for different uses you'll be on the outside looking in. Big business is always about profit with little or no consideration for the needs of the human work force. Small businesses, competition and diversity of design and creativity are the only hope for skilled blue collar workers. I used to craft, mill, intricate architectural wood to replace restore old buildings and some new structures. But along came injection molded plastic foam and that's all most building contractors use. It's light weight doesn't rot if properly maintained and cheaper. But some people just prefer wood just not enough.
Never assume. The law in my state is "hands free" which is exactly the way it was. You also cant see my camera guy sitting in the seat next to me pushing the record button either.
I would suggest that you look at time index 00:10, and take a gander at your Highly reflective sun glasses! and try to convince every body that what you say is true?
I have a question concerning my son he is a artistic Metal art and good enough to post a video. Unfortunately he had a bad experience with a Miller and there warranty department making fun of my son who has a form of autism. So I ventured out to find a welder manufacturer with quality and I did a long time consuming research and found fronius Company and get him a welding machine he would be happy with? My only question is will he notice a difference in the TransSteel fronius 2200 from his Miller 211 that was brand new and went back to Miller warranty Department 4 times which he’s afraid to use fearing something with go wrong and is not at all what I feel he should have to deal with? Thanks for your time
i dont know about miller but fronius have 3 years warranty for their transsteel series but you have to apply for it though. its free btw. they also have something called the synergic lines where if you change the current, 2 more will adjust accordingly. those 2 are the wire feed speed and the voltage. bit tricky if you are a welder that wants to adjust everything yourself. fronius's transsteel also allows you to weld from stainless, mild, aluminium, and also using flux cored wire from the same power source as long as you have the materials, filler wires and gases for what you're intending to weld. its as simple as changing the wire and gases and you are good to go. but be warned though, they are a bit pricey.
Fun, but it brings up a question: Why do folks think holographic avatars are so cool for th, ris kind of work? Your eyes shouldn't be off what you're doing! I'd love it to instruct me *while* I'm mid-mistake, so I can correct things live. Half the time I clearly see the mistakes afterward. At some point, the machines will be reprogramming (aka instructing) humans more than humans programming them like now. Players still make more money than coaches, so I'm not too worried about that point.
lmao... why they always try to make everything idiot proof? Anyways... welding is a skill. if the welder cant adjust itself on the fly, then why bother with any other type of tech.

What I want to see in the future is shielded laser welding
OMG this was HILARIOUS! I love how he put on the welding helmet, and was buffering. Great job Justin!
Thanks! I'm gonna say this was the toughest video to put together to date.
HA! the heckling assistant! I need to get my hands on a Fronius Magicwave!
"Dont rub me" ROFL!
Exactly what I wanted to say! Hahaha

I’m seriously considering getting one of these as my first Tig machine.
You totally got the point!

You must be getting PAID to do this many vids on this welder!!!
I did this one for fun.
Dense 147, I don't know, I think I would like one for myself. This is the cutting edge of technology.

Best one yet lol!

Lincoln isn't even close to what Fronius can do. All holograms aside, Lincoln isn't even in the ballpark.
I agree 100% and I have a Lincoln 210mp and I think it’s a piece of shit cause the auto set is garbage cause you pretty much have to set it a gauge higher than what you’re welding but still in my opinion for people who truly want to learn how to weld they need to learn how to set up a machine
That's funny stuff, thanks.
Dope vid
ROFLMAO, Don't rub me.......
Hey bro, where do you get your stainless steel tubing and elbos for all your custom manifold builds?
I have a wholesale vendor I use. The only retail vendor I currently know and trust is Ace Stainless. It's imported, but hasn't failed me yet.
The Fabrication Series i appreciate it!

🤣😆 the Jeannie of the welder no thanks . But good fun 👍
I think they should offer the lady with a British accent & better looking option. Enjoyed it now I'm definitely getting a fronius. lol
Maybe with future updates haha
OMG I can see this happening .
That was funny as hell!!!
You dap when you should have dapped! .8!!!
Help me JUSTIN-One Kinobee....you're my only hope ! Weld on BRO. J K

Are not the use of cell phone illegal in all states, dose this not cover making vids in traffic?
Never assume. The law in my state is "hands free" which is exactly the way it was. You also cant see my camera guy sitting in the seat next to me pushing the record button either.
You are true it is legal for hand free, but I seriously doubt that this would be considered any less than a selfie?
Wow, what a load of BS, You can see the passenger seat in your glasses, there is NO ONE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@TSODInc You can see the dash, but there is someone sitting in the seat.i would know since I was there haha.

IF YOU CAME HERE TO TRY AND LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT WELDING C'EST UNE PERTE DE TEMPS. UA-cam est allé à sa tête et maintenant il veut être un comédien.

I don't think I'd be ready for a welder that talks back to me... ;)
