- In this video, I compare the best fitness trackers under ₹5000 in India. I test the following trackers:

- Build Quality and Display
The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 and Nothing CMF Watch have the best build quality, with metal bodies and premium finishes. The other trackers are made of plastic, but they still feel well-made.
All of the trackers have AMOLED displays, except for the Redmi Watch Active 3 and Amazfit Bip 3 Pro, which have TFT displays. The AMOLED displays are brighter and more vibrant.
- Comfortability and Size
All of the trackers are comfortable to wear, but the size may be an issue for some people. The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3, Xiaomi Band 8, and Amazfit Bip 3 Pro are good options for people with small wrists. The Honor Choice Watch and Nothing CMF Watch are large and bulky, so they may not be suitable for people with small wrists.
- Functionality and UI
All of the trackers offer basic fitness tracking features, such as step counting, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking. Some of the trackers also offer additional features, such as GPS, Bluetooth calling, and music playback.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 has the best UI, with a smooth and responsive interface. The other trackers have decent UIs, but they can be a bit laggy at times.
- Data Accuracy
I tested the data accuracy of the trackers by comparing them to a medical-grade heart rate monitor. The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 was the most accurate tracker, followed by the Honor Choice Watch and Amazfit Band 7. The other trackers were less accurate.
- Conclusion
The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 is the best fitness tracker under ₹5000. It has a premium build quality, a bright AMOLED display, a comfortable fit, and accurate data tracking. The other trackers are also good options, but they have some drawbacks, such as poor build quality, inaccurate data tracking, or a small display.

1 question. The 24/7 spo2 monitoring of Amamzit band 7, does it show the full data of the day on the watch or the zepp app? or does it only give the warning when spo2 goes down below the preset value? Like samsung fit 3 gives the spo2 values of the full night.

It doesn't pair with ios
It's sleep tracker is rubbish, eg- I slept for 6 hours at a strech and then woke up for 5mins and fell asleep again for 30mins, it was not able to track that, it only showed 6hrs.
It's strap is good quality but the way it closes that is irritating.
The app is not well built, you can't schedule raise to wake, eg- during sleep if I move my wrist it calculates that I have not slept yet, there is an option to turn on the sleep mode but that needs to be synced with your phone's sleep mode, and it's not possible to always turn on the sleep mode from the band, you need to keep phone's bluetooth on all the time.
Display is very good and also the build quality but even if you use a Samsung phone the features are not that good
I use s23 ultra and I purchased it thinking life would be easy but....
Battery is also not good, it will give you 4days if you keep the sleep tracker on and all day heart rate monitoring.
Straps are not available in market as its a push strap
I returned the fit 3 and got amazfit band 7 which is way better in sleep tracking and the zepp app is fantastic, it gives me around 8days with all day heart monitoring and sleep tracking and I wear the band 24x7 and you can also schedule raise wrist to wake.
The only con is its availability, I waited from December 2023 and finally got it on March 2024
If you can wait go for amazfit band 7, it's cheaper and better features as well and BETTER BATTERY.
Yes Samsung Fit 3 has been reliable and best UI as compared to Xiaomi/Redmi or any other.

i got my amazfit bip 3 pro (Rs 3000) today because of you, watch is good, i bought it for the gps + strava sync. wish i bought the black colour one but it wasnt available. i got cream colour which doesnt suit me that much.
1.What straps are suitable for this watch any idea or suggestions?
2.Also amazfit service centres are none as far i checked we have to ship the faulty product to their address and they ship it back after rectifying it. maybe you can do a video on service centres of these brands.
other than that your reviews they helped get an idea of whats important and whats not. its important given the false marketing these brands are doing. You are doing a great job. keep going. Wish every product reviewer were like you.

Bro actually apple watch series 5 is a good watch buy now its kind a old and it lacks spo2 aswell. So i would recommend you to go for atleast series 6 if you are buying.

It looks really good and it is eye catching like people will look at ur watch and be like thats a dope watch
While working out u can go to the home screen
The ui is very smooth
Ease of use is also there
Its very comfortable
Cons
I do running and according to me the distance tracking (without gps or phone nearby) is about 50 meters off per 400 meters so about 125 meters off per 1 km but that's acceptable i feel like.
There is a glitch where ur steps just go down a lot. Like o had 14k steps yesterday and it just went down to 3k
There are some connectivity issues but nothing too muuh
U can't customise each watch face to show say the weather instead of the steps like u can on mi
Overall id say wait for some time. Like until samsung irons out the annoying bugs. But when they do the band is pretty gud and worth it i feel like
