As a fridge, the B36CT80SNS offers rock-solid temps and an impressive ability to cool down after you’ve opened the door. Home Connect is a decent smart platform to buy into, which will notify you if the door pops open or there are other troubles.
While we prefer through-the-door dispensers, the internal options are still better than not having them at all. And it’s hard to find a French-door with as much usable storage in its refrigerator compartment. It might not have some of the extra features we expect in this price range, but it’s still an excellent fridge. #fridge #bosch #refrigerator

If you didn't need ice could you just turn it off and remove the collector and just use that additional space?

Yes! You can just turn off the ice maker and remove the container for added space in the freezer.

Some people also put a smaller bin within the existing (giant) ice bin so you don't waste as much space holding ice you don't need. Bosch should sell a separate smaller bin for homes that don't need as much ice.
