- Road rage doesn't just occur between two drivers on a roadway. It can also take the form of workers being harassed while on a job site near a home. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.
Hes right, penndot damages stuff and never pays
Road crew workers are often uneducated and unable to find other gainful employment. Often times they seem to be in a bad mood and work with a chip on the shoulder as though they understand their terrible disposition yet are too uneducated to do anything about it.

I wonder if PennDOT had signs up about the road construction and informing people not to park their cars there
This guy is a clown! These poor road workers! Working in 90 degree heat and they have to put up with this Karen.. i hope that the judge makes an example out of this guy.
