Hearing this kinda makes me feel like the game is intended to be played in Japanese which makes sense being a Japanese game but I'm just so used to dmc being in English
Fun Fact, the devil may cry games were actually created and intended to be played in english, with all promotion material being in English too! Obviously its up to the player on what language they want to hear but its still pretty cool
Vergil's japanese dub is quite cool, Dante looks ok, gives him the badass dude feeling. Nero looks like the average anime main character, it's not bad though. V's dub fits to be honest, I just find all of them still pretty good
The Japanese version is not bad, but I still love the amount of power and pain JYB put into Nero with his "I'M NOT LETTING YOU DIE!" shout, as well as the "FUCK YOU!" when he transforms during the fight against Vergil. As well as Rueben's "That bitch slap nearly killed me."

They all sound great but english Vergil is just too iconic.
Most likely some of the japanese voice actors are also anime voice actors
now i want to see the Japanese Dante's VA said "Big cojones"
JP voices are very good, but we'll always stick with the English VAs akin to Metal Gear.

I'm sorry but I love too much Dan Southworth for Vergil's voice in English version... and here Dante doesn't say "Adios"! It's a no for me :P
