- Bekhudi is a Hindi film released in 1991. The film marked the Bollywood debut of Kajol. The makers had earlier signed Sharmila Tagore's son Saif Ali Khan for this film. This would have been his first film as well. But after completing the shoot of first schedule, the makers removed him citing that he is unprofessional. Saif Ali Khan was then replaced by yet another debutant Kamal Sadanah. The first clap of this film was given by actress Amrita Singh, the popular actress of that time. This was when they both met and fell in love soon. They both got married in 1991. About Lehren:

this film was great until now and was great modern movie in the 90's.
Great soundtrack and i still listen to them often . One of my fav movie . Even the location was amazing in Canada and Delhi.
Not sure why this movie never did well in box office. Different kind of love story plus with nice looking Actress and Actor.
Saif Ali Khan was to be introduced in this film along with Kajol. Rahul Rawail then replaced Saif Ali Khan with Kamal Sadhana due to some problems. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh met at this function and that lead to their Marriage.

Lehren was very interesting. Rem watching Bekudi back then. Was a modern film of those times and just got to see its Premiere so called Mahiratt those times in which Saif performed with Kajol. Wondered where's Sadanah! Lehren used to be original and amazing. Got to see the young faces of actors and Chintu also. Perhaps 80's and 90's were best in terms of changes in films , music. There was a major shift in the films from 80's moving to 90's then late 90's. Anyway, perhaps end of era rather Bollywood that are no more fun.

“Chotay Nawab” set per late aatay thay Aur sometimes he never showed up. He was in madly love with Amrita so that was the reason he got replaced by Kamal Saddhna.
They told in their it was their first meeting so Saif got this film due to his mon not amrita after that saif used amrita to boost his career
