No rotator cuff tear. It has to be fixed first. Basta positive angdrop arm test wala tay mahimo ana. But if naay contraction sa rotator cuff, weak lng. Neuro reed ra na. Practice ra.

Just a little tip I have found a buckle less belt can be very helpful if you need a belt I use one and they work well hope you find that helpful stay well and keep safe
You should do a video on getting dressed putting on shoes when you have a brace on foot. And another shoe lace is elastic but all you have to is pull the laces like other ones but you don't have to adjust. But I found that the Velcro is the best.
