@@DHRME I also want to add that by connecting the earbuds to a One Plus phone u get exclusive festures and functions. I think u didn't see the functions u were looking for because u was connected to a Non-One Plus phone. Hi guys, I just bought these OnePlus buds Pro 2 together with OnePlus 11 and I have to say the sound is just amazing. I own several earbuds from more expensive brands but these sound so good out of the box for me. No EQing was needed for me. (I am always struggling with sound from another brands). Yes they haven't so much features as competitors that's true. But I like them overall mostly for the their balanced and soft sound.
A friend bought it as one of the first supporting BLE 5.3 LE Audio which was exactly invented to provide faster pairing, lower power consumption and lower latency. Would be nice to hear something about that🤞
Strange, I found them very comfortable but with a insecure fit, the transparency better than the Linkbuds s and the sound the best I have experienced so far. ANC doesn’t do much at all, here I agree with you absolutely. Overall I love these buds esp for the sound.
I guess it just depends, I have the Anker sound core liberty 3 pro and status between pro, and I find the OnePlus the most comfortable and the best sounding, the Anker sounds good but the volume is soooo low, the status are incredibly loud and sound very good but they lack bass just a little bit. I bought all 3 with my money, just my 2 cents!!! And I agree the anc on the OnePlus is average
Its interesting how the list of "cons" you provided were not big deals for me except for the battery life. The fit is totally subjective anyways, I don't listen at low volume, and i dont care about the exclusive features for oneplus phones. Great review, nice that you arent afraid to point out flaws. I'm gonna buy this. Sidenote: LCP is a very common diaphragm for dynamic drivers, used by a lot of well respected IEMs. I chuckled a bit on that part.
Every other review I've seen had OnePlus sending the reviewers the earbuds and a compatible OnePlus phone to try them out on. Rather disingenuous IMO. You guys are the real deal. Great review, as always.
I have OnePlus Buds model E501A and I love them. My biggest complaint is from WHERE they pick up and amplify sound the most. While my voice is usually clear to the caller, any noise I make with my hands, such as typing, running water, opening an envelope, etc. comes through extremely amplified for my listener. They are mostly comfortable, though wearing for more than 60 or 90 minutes can cause some discomfort. For wireless communicating, the now extinct E501A are best for me. For the reasons you mentioned at the top of your video, mostly the poor fit and discomfort, I would not consider buying another pair of in-ear buds by OnePlus or anyone else. Thanks for another great video.
My vote is to pass on these buds. This is the same BS Samsung pulled when they dropped the Active 2 claiming to deliver EGC the following year but didn't. Then switched to saying you have to have a Samsung phone. On these, there are plenty of options out there in this price range and lower that delivers a better experience than these. At $180.00 bucks, this is a hard pass.

At this point I find myself using my Sony wired earphones on my pc more than this trash.
Oppo enco x2 was my last decision. I just found'em at $109 on a random page, took the risk and they are the best earbuds I ever used. And as an ex Airpods 2pro user, they fit the saaaame and sound 3x better. A real gang

Hey I’m about to order the oneplus buds pro 2 , I have opinions on these range of products in this price range My main priority is sound quality and anc : Which one of these would you recommend *These *Oppo Enco X2 *Nothing Ear 2 (new) *sony xm4 *anything you would recommend Liberty 4 and 3 pro are not available currently in India atleast for 6 months !
If you have small ears I would recommend buds like the oneplus buds pro 2 or airpods becaude that design is smaller in your ear section but of you buy buds like xm4, it's gonna be too bulky and very painful. Liberty 4 would be a good option but for me the oneplus buds pro 2 are wayyyy better in terms of sound, anc, transparency and everything
I brought these last week from amazon and like you had high hopes as have the original buds pro. Unfortunately they were well....... Crap. Couldn't get a good fit in my ears and on a oppo phone the app is kind of weird as i have to click on the buds in the Bluetooth device settings to get into the app. Sent them back and got a pair of soundcore liberty 4 and imo they are way better
Hurrrayyy. An acurate review at last. I have the first version of those, they are beautifull but with lots of drawbacks, including those you mention here. All others reviews are glorifying those with very little criticim... Well played guys, as always.
I baught the earbuds pro 1 about a year a go. and after using them for about a year, suddenly the battery life drops for the right ear to Maximum of 1 hour of usage, and after making some search online, many people had the same case on reddit. I won't ever buy a product from oneplus again. gotta stick with the reliable companies like sony.
Look I'm confused should i get OnePlus 2pro or OnePlus 2R since i have a Samsung device spacial audio doesn't support non OnePlus devices so my question is should i get the OnePlus 2R buds instead of 2pro and save 2000/- on my purchase or will OnePlus give a update for all devices support audio does not support
I'm interested with this buds, also with the oneplus 11 and realize it has the Snapdragon gen 2 which supports Snapdragon sound. I currently have the edifier stax s3 which also support Snapdragon sound. What your opinion about this technology?
You are first person who said it’s fit is bad rest all said it fits in the ear perfectly….. maybe it’s a personal thing for you and in general it might fit well for others
Bro ..point out about the spatial audio ...with one plus 11 r ..it's a gimmics while watching UA-cam with spatial audio on ....the effect goes within 10 to 15 second ...and head tracking function on ..though also spatial audio effect off after 10 to 15 second ...so it's a useless feature one plus is offered.
I currently use the OnePlus buds pro and it fits really well in my ears. The sound is great, and I use it on my Samsung S21+ . Well I don't think the new model is that much of an upgrade
I didn't even want to watch OnePlus videos anymore on UA-cam but you guys are a real asset in review land and I was enjoying the hell out of it. Dankjewel beide vakmannen.
Can compare only to Samsung buds 2 pro. They are comfortable to my ears, little loose, but not falling out, more loose with biggest tips than samsung with middle tips. Sound better than Samsung. More clear voices and instruments. If you have oneplus phone remember to turn of dolby atmos. Tranparency perfect, ambient sount very close to real without buds in ears. ANC poor at middle and high frequency. Probably wont be god for airplane. I think its because of loose, lot of space where sound can come into ear. Only thin silicon separation. Must buy somewhere foam tips. I got them with my phone, probably would not purchase them because Samsung buds 2 pro are not bad. Sound quality in my opinion is better so I will stay with Oneplus buds 2 pro.
Not really. They just think they don’t fit their ears. They love Huawei products because they fit their ears for example. They liked the Oneplus Buds 3. They are just reviewers and they are human beings. 😃
Finally a honest review on these buds. Clearly when u take into account price the enco x2 are a better buy as well as countless other buds. Great job guys 🎉🎉🙏🙏
I have a budget of 12000 INR can you guys please suggest which tws i should buy and i can also wait if there is something new launching in 2-3 months. I am now thinking for jbl live pro 2.
I have the linkbuds s and they are great but there one weakness is actually the one thing that i thought was there strength The mic quality outdoors which really no one can ever hear me And they tend to turn ambient mode ore something close to it whenever i start a call Is there somthing in the settings or something that i can do to fix the mic a little bit?
@@averageuser922 ? You can get Sennheiser MTW3 for less than these - arguably better. You can pick up some Nuratrue Pro for a tiny bit more and will be much better sounding. All depends on your needs I guess. I'd sooner go more budget and get something like the Earfun Air Pro 3 than spend double on these OnePlus Buds 🤷
@@pspr33 good examples of what's out there, Samsung Buds Pro are also great all rounders. BTW I've had mtw 3 & 2 and they were nothing special, shocking wind noise in transparency outside (this channel had me believing they would have tons of bass) and died once I sold them after barely using 3 month and I had to give a refund so would only buy those with a receipt or second hand shop warranty (mine just ran out when I sold). Sold everything else (Buds2 Pro, regular nuratrue and Linkbuds S to get 2 pairs (paid USD equivalent 200 local pair and 150 USD off eBay) of Nuratrue Pro which sound amazing but weak transparency (and ANC which I don't really use) so kept my first gen buds pro for transparency (can be improved a bit with cheap non gloss foam tips like KZ ones off eBay)
@@edderepa9685 I only really put the Sennheiser here because I see it recommended a lot, never heard them myself. I too have the NTP, haven't heard anything similar in TWS yet. Still looking though. I keep seeing the Noble Audio Fokus Mystique being recommended but they're out of budget (got the NTP at pretty much Kickstarter price ☺️).
@@pspr33 yeah I get it, it's hard to write everything out in these comments. I will never touch Sennheiser again because MTW1 had case battery drain, MTW2 had no independent use and my used pair had 3hr battery life and MTW3 shat itself and Sennheiser didn't give a shit without a receipt (plus the case size and shape...). I usually have one bud in my ear and NTP sound better with one than everything else with 2 buds to me. Glad I tried the turn earbuds inside out trick from old KZ Headfi threads on some TRN T tips off Ali for best sound and these old KZ foam tips for great sound and best transparency. I will keep watching reviews incl Noble but have to take them with a huge grain of salt (eg 1more evo was said to have low bass and then shows up on a basshead list etc etc). Was tempted to buy enco X2 for 70 USD but nah too much hype
Was truly waiting for this review😃 But it's shocking that detailed frequency wise sound quality analysis not done here 🤔 Anyways, i finally opted Oppo Enco X2 and booked right away after watching this video 🫡 Note: I use S23 Ultra now and tested Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and it's real shocking that it sounds crap to me. I trued with many options in app and also in mobile itself with Anc ON / OFF etc. But sorry I can't use it even for 30 mins and switched back to my Liberty 2 Pros which sound clean and refined sound. In Buds 2 pro, instruments sounds clumsy and there is no details and resolution. Also while watching Prime video, the voice is toooo hard that is unbearably loud. I'm abut to receive Enco X2 in day or 2 😊
@Joel O Initially I'm also soo excited to use buds 2 pro as am using S23 ultra. But after trying them I'm not convinced 😔 I found S23 ultra dolby atmos tuning well suited to liberty's than their own galaxy buds 😃 Previously I was using liberty 2 pro with Vivo X80 pro, but it was not well suited it's sound signature. Sound is subjective and also depends on the source and compatibility.

Cheers!
Hey, is the ANC as good as the Regular Buds 2?
Im looking to upgrade my soundpeats air3 deluxe hs , oneplus pro 2 or jbl live pro 2 which to buy ?
About sound quality, which is the better one compare to oppo enco x2
I baught the earbuds pro 1 about a year a go. and after using them for about a year, suddenly the battery life drops for the right ear to Maximum of 1 hour of usage, and after making some search online, many people had the same case on reddit. I won't ever buy a product from oneplus again. gotta stick with the reliable companies like sony.
Look I'm confused should i get OnePlus 2pro or OnePlus 2R since i have a Samsung device spacial audio doesn't support non OnePlus devices so my question is should i get the OnePlus 2R buds instead of 2pro and save 2000/- on my purchase or will OnePlus give a update for all devices support
audio does not support
I'm interested with this buds, also with the oneplus 11 and realize it has the Snapdragon gen 2 which supports Snapdragon sound. I currently have the edifier stax s3 which also support Snapdragon sound. What your opinion about this technology?
Sounds good! We interviewed Snapdragon on the channel and hold it in high esteem
So Oppo enco x2 it is...
You are first person who said it’s fit is bad rest all said it fits in the ear perfectly….. maybe it’s a personal thing for you and in general it might fit well for others
Yes, fit is often very personal.
@@DHRME I think pro 2r is good as it is 2k less and only lacks wireless charging and surrounding sound like feature?
Is sound from sound heard by people around you?
Do they filter outside sound?
Can you suggest me the best earbuds under 12k
I'm currently using nothing ear 1 on nothing phone 1
I just wanna change coz they're way too old now.
This review seems to be from a competitor! (Good Disclaimer, about not getting the Earbuds from OnePlus :) )
Wtf one channel mentions op buds are good another channel says link buds s. I am confused
These are one of the best
It say 39 hours of bettery life in photo how you getting very less?
does all features(spatial/lossless) works with ios
??
Dudes Hoping Reliable Multipoint Exists
I totally disagree.
Would you pick OnePlus Pro 2 or Nothing Ear 2?
I currently use the OnePlus buds pro and it fits really well in my ears. The sound is great, and I use it on my Samsung S21+ . Well I don't think the new model is that much of an upgrade
What about dolby atmos sound
@@zikugtxgaming7535just use apple music
Wireless charging and overall higher volume worth the price of admission alone 😎
How does the battery hold up bro?
@@vaibhavvalandikar3913 battery life is really good. You cannot go wrong with this masterpiece
Hello, The buds pro 2 are better for calls of every situation than Linkbuds S?
We prefer the Linkbuds S
Thanks as always guys wouldn’t get them if the fit isn’t right 😎👏
Does this earbud turn on anc without mobile ??
Guys please review oppo enco air 2...🙇
Do i get an high quality sound at 40% of volume? Or does it still be average quality? I have problems with my hearing so I don't want any more damage.
Yes as long as you can tune the earbuds nicely the retain bass and voice quality very nicely at lower volume
I didn't even want to watch OnePlus videos anymore on UA-cam but you guys are a real asset in review land and I was enjoying the hell out of it.
Dankjewel beide vakmannen.
Graag gedaan Henk. Fijn weekend!
Damn He's Right 'm Enjoying
Sennheiser mt3 or Samsung buds 2 pro vs oneplus buds pro 2 Which of the three would be better? sound and comfort
Depends on what you like. I personally didn't enjoy the sound of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. It sounds too compressed and closed in
@@toraow ok 👍
Mt3
I love their reviews but they seem more harsh on one plus vs other headphones ? Is it because theyre the american brother of oppo ?
Not really. They just think they don’t fit their ears. They love Huawei products because they fit their ears for example. They liked the Oneplus Buds 3. They are just reviewers and they are human beings. 😃
Best sounding earbuds guys there just frustrated that oneplus did not send them a unit to review
Did we say they sounded bad? :)
@@DHRME Yes but not directly
This should have volume feature as well but worth buying
Finally a honest review on these buds. Clearly when u take into account price the enco x2 are a better buy as well as countless other buds. Great job guys 🎉🎉🙏🙏
Have you tried them?
@@gabrielgalassi they just try to defame without any try of the device
Hey guys, wondering if you're gonna review Xiaomi buds 4 or 4 pro?
These earbuds sound like the beoplay ex to me with that bass wave
They did sound good for sure. Too many other issues for us.
@@DHRME I haven’t had any issues using them on my iPhone

I have a budget of 12000 INR can you guys please suggest which tws i should buy and i can also wait if there is something new launching in 2-3 months. I am now thinking for jbl live pro 2.
That's a very good choice!
So what to choose between OnePlus buds pro 2/2r and JBL live Pro 2 ?
Please do review of one plus buds z2 ..you guys do so honestly
I have the linkbuds s and they are great but there one weakness is actually the one thing that i thought was there strength
The mic quality outdoors which really no one can ever hear me
And they tend to turn ambient mode ore something close to it whenever i start a call
Is there somthing in the settings or something that i can do to fix the mic a little bit?
No I have the same problem no fix as of right now
Long press left earbud while on a call?
@@DHRME i use the lift bud for volume control not anc/ambiant control
Ah then you're stuck, I'm afraid
I dont know about this video. I love mune and theyre better than my airpods pro 2
Hey!! Rank there if Sound quality is the highest priority.
Oppo enco x2
Sony linkbuds S
OnePlus buds Pro 2
OnePlus / Oppo, then Sony
@@DHRME Got it!!! Thank You🫡
I have Oneplus 9 and earbuds pro 1, I am ver disappointed.
Will not purchase this one.
They lost their chance.
Can you please review twx9 by audio technica?
Plenty of better deals out there than these, especially if you're happy to buy used.
Nah man used earbuds i dont think are that good enough tbh
Try memory foam ear tips....
Why?
I may go to LG ToNe T90Q.
What! This is utter rubbish about the comfort! They are extremely comfortable
Oops sorry for having a different body
Was truly waiting for this review😃
But it's shocking that detailed frequency wise sound quality analysis not done here 🤔
Anyways, i finally opted Oppo Enco X2 and booked right away after watching this video 🫡
Note:
I use S23 Ultra now and tested Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and it's real shocking that it sounds crap to me.
I'm abut to receive Enco X2 in day or 2 😊
@Joel O
Initially I'm also soo excited to use buds 2 pro as am using S23 ultra.
But after trying them I'm not convinced 😔
I found S23 ultra dolby atmos tuning well suited to liberty's than their own galaxy buds 😃
Previously I was using liberty 2 pro with Vivo X80 pro, but it was not well suited it's sound signature.
Sound is subjective and also depends on the source and compatibility.
Hey! Any update On Oppo Enco X2? I just want to know how it sounds
