The trick to perfectly fluffy quinoa every time (and why I haven't posted.)

Here's a way to make perfectly fluffy quinoa every single time, and in this video I'll show you the trick. Quinoa doesn't need to be mushy or gooey, and if you follow this tip you can preserve it's nutty flavour and grainy texture. Also, why haven't I posted in a while? The short answer is "life happens." This has been a challenging summer, but I'm finally back to posting regularly.
