- Join us on our 8 night cruise to the Norwegian Fjords on the Sky Princess. This was out first ever aft facing cabin. Take a tour of the cabin and see the pros and cons of an aft cabin.
We stayed in Cabin D730 on Deck 9 (Dolphin Deck). This was a Premium Deluxe Cabin which came with the added benefit of a larger balcony.

We loved the cabin. Our best so far.
We had this cabin on a Canary Island cruise and really enjoyed it. Our only con was the soot deposits. We booked it again for a Norway cruise next year.

We also had a Premium Deluxe Balcony on the Sky this March. It was not a wake cabin but had a huge balcony. The views don't compare but I don't think I'd book your cabin.
Very good. Definitely a cabin is like to stay in. Was the price difference significant than a standard balcony?
I don't mind the extra walking myself. Walk off all that food 😂
Definitely the type of room that will be complimented by the Fjords. I've said before that Fjords require a sea view cabin at the minimum or you won't experience it best
It was more expensive but worth every penny! We had far better weather than forecast so we sat out most evenings with a drink looking at the gorgeous scenery.
