It was a small cabin but perfectly adequate for a short cruise.

We loved the cabin. Our best so far.

It was more expensive but worth every penny! We had far better weather than forecast so we sat out most evenings with a drink looking at the gorgeous scenery.

We certainly did.

Enjoyed the P&O cruise we went on and have an MSC taster cruise booked for September. The MSC ships certainly look great.

@katecarman3542 Hi Kate. Many thanks for your kind words. The only other thing I did was to advise the people on the desk when we turned up and checked in for our meal. I hope you have a great anniversary and dinner in the Crown Grill. We are back on Sky in late April so will be booking a table again for sure.

It was a magical trip.

It's quite amazing to watch them maneuvering these giant ships.

The strange thing is you would probably have to pay for that but the huge desserts would be free on the Plus package.

@@travelumbrella It's a complete waste of an offering. I know for myself I'd rather have something way different than an over the top dessert like one of these sundaes.

I'm sure you'll have a great time. I think we were just a bit unlucky as I believe normally Cunard would be a far better experience.

Thanks Daniel. That's a very good point. Most people would not make the distinction between a Liner and a Cruise Ship so you're right to highlight that. Take 23 points!

Hi Dave. I've heard that the QV tends to offer a better experience on the longer duration cruises so hopefully you'll have a more satisfactory trip. We found the QV quite expensive for drinks, services add ons and Wi-Fi. Princess offers the bundled package of drinks, Wi-Fi and gratuities at £50 a day which I think compares favourably with Cunard if you add these costs together. I hope you have a great cruise and that our experience was not the norm.

I can thoroughly recommend it.
