Nowadays I've been experiencing this practices through our imam every fajr prayer they're making qunoot regularly, what I know is whenever a tragedy or calamity happens to your fellow muslim brothers, you can make it for helping them in Dua.
This is the modern era.....
Most people in countless parts of the world are always BUSY all the time due to work because everything is expensive nowadays UNTIL we rarely make doa or zikir to Allah and rarely read the Quran too ..
BUT it is also FACTS that when we do good things together with family members and friends, it is much more motivating for each of us !!!

but most of imam of Bangladesh do not obey this rules.they prectice dua after every 5 time of salah.general people thing that if we do not dau after sal@h our salah do not accepted to Allah.Some time I do not dua collectively that time some people teach me..😥😥

So hello, im gonna try to end bidaa at my masjid, so to do this my plan is write a full fledged letter to the imam explaining it, go read laga and then wait for everyone to leave and then deliver the letter just place it somewhere secret, where the imam could know and see there, feel free to borrow my video, I'm gonna try to do this today.
Asakrhwr, sorry to all for some of my comments which I wrote before this comment. Actually I realized that i misunderstood it.that is we can do duwa in jamath after all 5 times farz namaz. So it is wrong. So actually we cannot do duwa in after all 5 times farz prayers. I understood this by watching 3 or 4 other good &famous Mufthis &scholars.

Best time to ask Allah or make dua is during sujood or after tashahood, so why u will make dua after the Salah.

In my area masjid, in the Fajr prayer after 2nd rakat's ruku imam raises his hand and asks dua and every one behind him also raises their hands. Is this permissible? Is it sunnah? Someone clear this doubt.

Dikr or Dikr? General or exclusive? Hasan Hadith, A man came to Umar ( ) saying a group is doing dikr (tasleem, takbir, tahlil etc..) in unison. Umar told the man to bring them to me. They were brought and the leader was beaten. He, Umar said this was something that was not done by Muhammad or the Sahabah. He said it was a bidah.

Doing dua immediately after fard namaz makes me a little tied as I stood for a long time......And I miss my personal dua ,my personal wishes as well......

My opinion in general is that if an action falls under the remit of Islām and is a positive act of worship, then it cannot become a bid’ah because of circumstantial reasons.
When people claim a valid act of worship can become a bid’ah if
• it’s done regularly
• in a specific place/ setting,
• for a specific amount of time
this opens the floodgates to *anything* becoming bid’ah, even acts of worship Allāh loves.
Also, to claim that a valid act of worship (mandoob) can become a bid’ah because it’s done regularly in a way the prophet sws did not do specifically not only lacks parameters but it also conflicts with two clear-cut hadeeth.
Allah's Apostle said, "Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately and know that your deeds will not make you enter Paradise, and that *the most beloved deed to Allah's are the most regular and constant* even though it were little."
سَدِّدُوا وقارِبُوا، واعْلَمُوا أنْ لَنْ
يُدْخِلَ أحَدَكُمْ عَمَلُهُ الجَنَّةَ، وأنَّ أحَبَّ الأعْمالِ إلى اللَّهِ أدْوَمُها وإنْ قَلَّ.

I definitely lean to the Ahnāf and Shāfi’yy schools more than The Māliki school on the khilaaf.
As for doing duaa after salaah ..
RasūlAllaah specifically advised Mu’aadh to make duaa after prayer.
Never leave this supplication after every (waajib) prayer: "O Allah, help me in remembering You, in giving You thanks, and in worshipping You well”

& honestly I find the ikhtilāf about the prohibition of Duaa after prayer kinda silly.
@@randomjoy8411 brotherr Rasulullah PBUH had never ever made collective dua after Farz prayer it is an innovation….There were only special times when Rasullallah PBUH made a collective dua and that was not even after any Farz salah… Rasulallah told us what to pray after every Farz salah and he didn’t even mention collective dua….can you explain why did he do that? if it was too mandatory to do dua collectively he would have made it mandatory to always do collective dua after each Farz salah… but he never did….neither did his sahabah (companions) did…..this makes it pure innovation….
You have literally no idea how much innovations have been made in Islam….”Any innovation in the religion is rejected” Rasulallah PBUH said… Do you know when Rasulullah PBUH taught people how to pray namaz, he told them “Pray as I pray”…. As for as your hadiths on making supplication after each prayer, well do you know that even Individual supplication (dua) is prohibited after Farz salah?? Yes prophet PBUH prohibited to supplicate after Farz Salah…. Research it yourself

You need to define bid’ah properly & you need to be able to counter the proofs I wrote.
A bid’ah is not simply doing something the prophet had not done.
For eg The Prophet never gathered people for a lecture on the day of Arafah. If I did that for non-hujjāj every year - would that be bid’ah ??
If you think about what you’re saying, you’re claiming valid acts of worship are haraam simply because they are done regularly or because someone takes part in the worship with you !!

What is a wahabi?
Dua after salah was made haram only after wahhabis came into existence. Shafi and hanafi madhhab follows the practice of congregational Dua after salah and let me remind you that the sheikhs of those madhhabs namely Imam ul aimma Muhammad ibn idrees as shafi'i and the sheikh ul Islam Imam Abu Hanifa were the type of scholars who were like an ocean of knowledge compared to these stupid wahhabi scholars of these days. The sheikhs of the imams of all the 4 madhhabs were some of the most learned in the history of Islam and from that alone one can understand how authentic their madhhabs are be compared to the wahhabi. So don't ever think of comparing the practice of ahlu sunnah to wahhabis.
@_._Malik._ there are a plethora of things the Muslim ummah do today which wasn't there at the time of PROPHET Muhammad (SAW). Those are deemed permissible by all the scholars of our time regardless of their ideology. I'd like your opinion on this.
