For me a good pair of earbuds is the perfect tool for gym motivation, I just wear mine and I already want to workout.
A good pair of earbuds immerses you into the music like nothing else, it's constant motivation you always upbeat.
Don't need to be those over 100 bucks (I own a pair of Trainebuds and I love those).
It was the best thing I did for my workout consistency and intensity.

Such a monster. Ramy is the next but different version of a guy like Coleman. Big and still in good shape
...and years later when the roids and hormones wear off....like Coleman? All of them, the greats, were beat the hell down years later in their life? Is it worth it to shine for a moment, cause that shit is garbage for the time you relish in it... or do you choose the long run, take your time and be platinum? So choose?
The dialog at the beginning of the video is of someone saying he trained his arms twice a week and they never grew because he was "over training them " Well let me tell you .. my arms never grew well until I started training my triceps 3X/wk and my biceps 2X/wk; and this was in addition to my training all my other major body parts ( Chest / Shoulders/Back & Legs) once per week. Prior to this, I always trained my arms once a week and for several years followed the HIT ( high intensity training).
Training once per week worked well for my most of my major body parts as they responded quite well to the stimulus - but not for my stubborn body parts like arms. .. Just goes to show that's no ONE RULE APPLIES TO EVERYONE AND YOU HAVE TO EXPERIMENT WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROGRAMS, REP SCHEMES, EXERCISES, etc to find out what works best for you and trust me the reward will be well worth the efforts.
Try everything but do NOT let anyone tell you that their way is the best way...Anyone who is an advanced bodybuilder knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Also natural athletes benefit more from training each muscle more than once per week. In athletes taking PED's, protein synthesys lasts way longer, that's why pro bodybuilders can train each musle once per week and still grow well.
I needed to hear that lol thanks bro. I was getting depressed for a min. I was like dang how am I other training by twice a week. If I get to sore I take a couple days off but I do a 3 day, chest tri, arms back abs, legs, so everything gets 2 days rest. Bit honestly I love being at gym its therapy lol. Going on 4 years now.
Even with PEDS , I had to train my arms 2-3x a week with high volume to increase the size
