Very useful info. Thanks.
Metal foundations are a must..
Actually there's a Queen slender house in a game!
Thank you Luke. Question - 1. Before purchasing a house how do I find out if the property is in 'Flood Zone' or not?
2. Is there an official document that you guys refer to before buying? Thanks
Hey Ricky! 1. We always use the interactive flood map provided by the relevant council (e.g. Brisbane City Council) and check overland flow and flooding. You can search for specific addresses and obtain detailed reports. 2. A range of other searches (e.g. easements, titles, environmental, etc) are typically performed by our solicitor to give us extra comfort
Wow, better have an Stilt house just like the Malaysian way
