Kueh Mixture 米糊 :
225g Rice flour 225克 粘米粉
15g Wheat Starch 15克 澄面粉
15g Tapioca starch 15克 木薯粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
350ml Water 350毫升 清水
750ml Hot water 750毫升 热水
2 tablespoon Oil 2汤匙 油
Ingredients 配料 :
100g Sweet preserved radish 100克 甜菜脯
100g Salty preserved radish 100克 咸菜脯
2 tablespoon Garlic, minced 2汤匙 蒜末
1 tablespoon Shallot, minced 1汤匙 小葱头末
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
4 tablespoon Oil 4汤匙 油
