400g Bee hoon (soaked) 400克 米粉(浸泡)
150g Bean sprouts 150克 豆芽
8 Tau Pok, diced 8块 豆卜, 切丁
100g Chives, diced 100克 韭菜, 切粒
40g Dried shrimp, blended 40克 虾米, 搅碎
50g Shrimps 50克 小虾苗
5 Lime 5粒 酸干
5 Eggs 5粒 鸡蛋
40g Assam 40克 亚参
1 teaspoon Chilli powder 1茶匙 辣椒粉
4 tablespoon Mee Siam Chilli Paste 4汤匙 米暹辣椒酱
Mee Siam Chilli Paste 米暹辣椒酱 :
4 Red chilli 4条 红辣椒
20 Dried chilli 20条 辣椒干
1 Big red onion 1粒 大洋葱
10 Small red onion 10粒 小葱头
5 Garlic 5粒 蒜头
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
4 tablespoon Sugar 4汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Balacan 1汤匙 答拉煎
2 tablespoon Salted soya bean paste 2汤匙 幼豆酱

Using the induction cooker must used the cooker hood cause alot of smoke Used only 180 otherwise it will easy to get burnt.

Cooking of Mee Siam: there's no need to wash dried grago shrimp. And items like belachan, dried prawns n grago should be blend together with other ingredients
