Have you thought about revising the way you're playing? it is practice, you and your instrument have to have a connection, it is not you who learn to play it is he who lets you be touched by you, conquer your musical instrument and magically you will play.

One note at a time and don’t forget to use one hand in the beginning if you’re just learning. I come from a family with high expectations and knowing my family practically grew up playing pianos I had a lot of pressure so you’re really lucky so have no body’s expectations piled in you except your own unless you do I want you to block it out and take it one note at a time
