Hello, I'm Grey42 and 177 days ago I’ve started to play piano and created this channel. I'm making piano covers of popular songs with the visualization. You can use it as tutorial and learn how to play songs on piano. Internet was made for mems so I decided to play one of the music memes. That's my cover for Eiffel 65 - I'm Blue.

Nah, I heard the piano only version before the full version and it still more chilling and awesome than the full version (which is still good mind you)
The original song is already somber/sad if you listen to the lyrics.

The piano arpeggio by itself literally makes me have an emotional reaction. It's sad and happy at the same time. It's literally perfect. It's crazy how they turned it into a dance song.

This is probably the best piano "remix" of I'm blue that I've seen so far. This captures a calm feeling that I think fits perfectly, and the high pitched section at 3:23 is beautiful. Great job

This melody is the reason Blue was such a great song. While being an interesting take on depression, the lyrics of course weren't anything to write home about - but the melody really carried the song. That's why 20 odd years later we're getting these artists remixing it and putting out songs using its melody.

Seems like so many are copying Rousseau. He’s been doing this type of visual for some time from what I gather. Now many copycats. Not necessarily terrible, but as an artist being like the crowd isn’t the way. They should at least credit the influencer.

Just wanted to let you know your channel gave me more motivation to continue playing piano. I first got it years ago but was extremely on and off with it, to the point I basically had never learned it. I would practice a lot for a bit then not touch it for months. So far it's been a week and I have been consistently practicing a minimum of 10 minutes a day. If I have the time, I practice an hour at least, and it's fun again. I'm improving faster than I was before and I'm so happy about it. Just watching how much you progressed reignited my passion for learning piano. Usually I'd get burnt out fast or be like "I don't want to practice anymore" but now it's "I want to practice more, but I'm done for the night so I don't get burnt out like I always do." I have become a lot more controlled and consistent with practice. I don't have a goal like "Be an amazing professional pianist" or anything like that. Right now, my main goal is to get skilled enough to learn Chikatto Chika Chika. Idk what I'll learn after that, but this piece (I'm Blue) is definitely on my list.

Lientje De Jager not aiming very high. Yes he does a good job on this song. You’ll here him miss two notes plus timing is slightly off in several segments. Also he rides that pedal far to much. He does a good job, but there is a lot more to get down to really play. When you can play Taccata and Fugue I’ll note your impressive. This according to many music professors is near impossible on a piano. It’s my goal to be able to do it.
