@@XiLock_Alotxeven still not saying bad or meh, but just better than andromeda is weird af. He is giving a review not selling his own product so why the disguised complaint?
People on internet these days are going to the extremes. Things don't have to be "The best / the worst", there can be nuance, and something that someone likes maybe somebody else doesn't. Objectively this is not a terrible game in any aspect. There are things that could be better, and in total is not a 10/10, but it can still be a fun time. People, just chill...
It's easier to jump on the bandwagon and follow the heard. People prefer following the negativity instead of realizing that you can play the game to make up your own mind and refund it if you don't like it
Bro all the shills are fighting for dear life in their own comment sections and are having old fans turn on them. Its fucking wild that they really thought this psyop would workout with no consequences.
I dunno, I’m enjoying phony muthafuckas ruining their careers. You sold your soul to one of the most distrusted studios out there????? Interesting strategy, Cotton…
Weird they Call out “autonomy of choice” when other reviewers specifically say that this just isn’t the case at all. So … someone isn’t being truthful. Or someone doesn’t not know what autonomy of choice actually is.
Or it's just different people having different opinions. This game is not at all tricking the right boxes for me and I am a pretty open minded fan, so I don't say this as someone who will be giving Bioware money for this anytime soon. But the fact that people think it's not possible for people to like this shit is weird. Different strokes for different folks. This is subjective shit yet people are looking for hard gospel
And it seems that EA handed out codes to those content creators that they thought would release positive reviews while those that were more critical didn't get them. That's surely one way to get your game good scores.
Why do you kids rely on content creators to determine if YOU will like a game or not. Either play it or don’t, just quit the whining on every channel…😂
"Writing, voice acting and animations are fantastic" are you joking? I followed the guide till there...I can't watch the rest...hope you'll enjoy the rewards from this at least
@@xtreme97 Played the game? How could they have played the game it's not out yet. But there actually are some honest reviewers out there that have shown examples of dialogues and animations in game, and they certainly are not "fantastic". But I guess some reviewers have no integrity.
@@xtreme97bro, Skill Up made a video about this and called it trash. Fextralife made a video about EA blocking people from giving out honest reviews about the game. So yeah, we have enough reason to doubt this sh1t and not buying it.
@@infinitedm5396 Because this is not "Dragon Age" anymore. It's clear EA/Bioware explicetly ignores past events to make this "THEIR story". Did this guy play a different edition or something? The character models suck so bad that its practially impossible to ge immersed in a dark fantasy theme.
"oh we're going to be transparent about those pro and con " , proceed to praise the game and never really talk about the con. yeah , typical access journalism. hence the majority of the dislikes.
@@LegacyGamingUS what is the obvious con you're talking about? blocked area access? that's hardly a criticism. how about those out of place comical dark narrative beat from the game? or weirdly light hearted tone in the supposedly dark game? how about those tactical aspect of combat that seriously got toned down in the game? the combat becoming so casual and the additional skill was just a way to kill enemy faster without any tactical sense was a good thing? and the narrative and the decision made by player without any stakes was acceptable? those are being ignored in your review but REVEALED in some of the negative review.
First off, 3/4 of these "complaints" are your personal preference, so lets get that out of the way. The game has had plenty of marketing. We knew this wasn't a super tactical game. We knew it wasn't an extremely serious/dark story and knew comedy was a part of it at times. We aren't here to say this game isn't exactly like a previous entry, therefor it is bad. That's absurd. We look at each game for what it is. We also point out it's much more aimed at the casual player and more accessible. There are also numerous decisions you make that do actually impact the story and cut you off from things, so to say there isn't is also a flat out lie. We played it on all 3 classes and took different story options that all played out differently in different points in the game. This isn't the "gotcha" comment you think it is.
I played previous Dragon Age titles, I'm a fan since origins and I think you're delusional. The game is looking fantastic the visuals and the art in general the only thing that worries me is the story because they're no longer using the keep.
Maybe just maybe there’s a whole bunch of us gamers out there who’ve never played a Dragon Age game and are interested in this one if we don’t need to have played every other game in the series first.
This game doesn't look or feel like a Dragon Age game. Without the title I would think this is a generic fantasy game. I'm sure some people will like it, more power to them, but I honestly don't think this game was made for DA fans.
@@LegacyGamingUS You admit you didn't even touch a DA game before, how do you know!! You touched on "art direction" as thats all you know, what they told you.
Lol looks just like inquisition. Same art style and everything. And people still complaining it isn't origins. DA hasn't been origins most of its life cycle lol
Sure, reviews like this will get you future code and access but they also make you lose any credibility with actual viewers. Isn't this what you should actually focus on? Your audience?
@LegacyGamingUS i don't think you necessarily sold out to EA, more likely you got played, them looking at your past reviews and you never being overly critical, the perfect reviewer for this game. You seem a decent guy and try to put a positive spin on things, again, exactly the type of person they were looking for to write a review of this game.
Let us know where these mythical EA bucks come from. We don't accept forced requirements or any sort of composition for our reviews. Never have. Never will.
It would be legally disclosed on the video and channel because that's the law... yall really go through serious mental gymnastics to validate your delusions lol.
What because we played a game and reviewed it for it's systems and gameplay like we do for every other game and found that we enjoyed some aspects and didn't enjoy others? How does that even make sense.
@@LegacyGamingUSyour opinion didn’t line up with their expectations anymore and they have to be butt hurt about it. They were hoping the game was bad and now want to cry about it online lmao.
Wierd. The writing from the clips that skillup showed were awful. Guess i will have for a playthrough to be released on youtube to decide because i am far from convinced this game is worth it at this point.
Yeah, reviewers that TELL me the writing is good don't seem to want to SHOW it. Reviewers that show the writing... show that it is atrocious. How strange. I'm just gonna go ahead and conclude that it's atrocious.
Heaven forbid we disagree with people and have our own genuine thoughts. Mortismal, a reviewer we trust hand-over-fist and is a far more competent player/reviewer than some of these million+ channels had the same things to say about this as we did.
@@LegacyGamingUSso the people who got the review codes that was extremely curated by bioware to ensure mostly good reviews, gave good reviews and said the same things?.. Cool, so y'all got a script, like a paid Ad. Adorable
We write all our videos thank you very much. Don't sit here and belittle the effort our team puts into every game we cover just so you can feel better in your conspiracy bubble.
People are talking out of their ass. We simply asked for codes and got them. No obligations as we'd immediately say no if that was the case. Reviews aren't black and white and the fact that we can't look at the nuance in games is pretty telling. Our review touches on a number of things we like and a number of things we don't, and we're clear about both. You should be skeptical of major game releases, I am too, but that's not going to stop us from making reviews that look at the game in it's totality
@@LegacyGamingUS Yeah, one thing that has been bothering me lately is that some people just can´t seem to accept that other people actually like this game. Its good to see someone who doesn´t just jump of the hate bandwagon. Sometimes people just have different tastes. The change in tone might be a dealbreaker for some people, but it is hardely and objective flaw. Great review by the way. It is too bad you seem to be getting hate for not falling in line with other reviews.
@@LegacyGamingUSThe problem is that you then used that code to make a positive review of a bad game. Only reason could be future access. Or you're just bad at your job.
No we used that code to give our personal thoughts, both pros and cons of the game. We've given extremely critical reviews on things like Redfall, while had glowing reviews on other games. Well because their opinions are the only ones that matter and they obviously speak for ALL GAMERS. Everyone else doesn't matter. These are the kinds of people that get studios shut down, games cancelled, and so on because of their bitter whining and then cry about a lack of innovation. It can't simply be, "Well they might've enjoyed it, but I'm not sure I would!" No, it's "They're lying and bought and paid for!" My word, what a lack of self awareness.
@@CensorTube84yeah I agree Maybe the game sucks (we don’t know cause we haven’t played it ) but the one thing I can say just from seeing the visuals is they look very good It looks crisp and clear Something being bland is a low hanging fruit way to criticize something when you have no other avenue to go down because you haven’t actually played it It looks fine But yes It’s disheartening to see so much negativity from people who have zero chance of knowing anything from experience with the game. Again The game will either be good or bad But it’s impossible to know that for sure if you haven’t played it. It’s irresponsible to claim otherwise. Not to mention silly.
I can't believe that a company as big as bioware is ok with putting 0 effort in their mouse and keyboard control schemes and UI for a series that was born from pc exclusive games in the first place. The irony of it all is priceless. Also the way the keybinds are done looks so annoying to use companion abilities. The wheel pausing the action all the time isn't a good solution and the keybinds are just very strange by default overall.
If you haven’t played the series than nobody should care what you think. If you think this story and acting is good than you have no relative comparison to what FANS of the series actually like about it.
This is how you kill your channel. Mediocrity. Be real, be brutal, be in love, but to be devoid of anything meaningful... Hold the integrity, or you'll lose what you've built
How is giving our genuine opinion on a game compromising our integrity lol. You don't need to agree with us, but super well respected reviewers like Mortismal also share our view on the game. A game that isn't for you or what you expected doesn't make it a bad game.
It’s funny how you talk about integrity and yet only look for reviews that fit your view. Oh wait, I forgot, you haven’t played the game so your opinion holds zero value.
Don't give people that bs. You are following what people have told you to do and say. You have absolutely no autonomy, not a single thought is your own. You follow manufactured rage created by drones such as yourself.
Is the game more vibrant and uplifting most of the time, absolutely. Can you have companions die on you or entire populations of people die based on your decisions? Also yes.
Wow it's almost like games are nuanced and we are capable of forming our own thoughts on games. It's certainly not a perfect game, but it definitely isn't a bad game in our opinion. It's just not what people wanted, but that doesn't make it bad.
@@LegacyGamingUS You're talking about nuance but you did not highlight any of the bad at all. You glossed over them in a 5 second hand waive at the beginning. I've seen how bad the puzzles are for example. Given how we know access journalism doesn't like to say anything bad this just reeks of quid pro quo.
We literally talked about the bad points in our video. We said there are cringe narrative moments. Loot isn't that interesting and everywhere as more of a chore. Puzzles aren't complex. Etc. We mentioned everything in our review. We had a balance of the pros and cons like we do with every review we do. You just don't like that we didn't agree with the view already formed in your head.
I started watching your videos when Lost Ark was getting hyped up and I really enjoyed your content since then. But I am really struggling to unpause the video at 01:35. You mention how the series is part of our childhood, yet you haven't played Inquisition? I mean sure, life gets in the way, I get that, but it came out 10 years ago. It's difficult to see what's going to be the bar this game needs to hit for you to receive a good score. Whatever we think of Inquisition, that's still the most recent entry and that sets a certain expectation for the long time fan. It certainly does for me and based on the couple of reviews I've seen so far, quite sadly, the game won't meet certain expectations. I'm getting off track here...Please, I think it would help a lot if you played the previous game, or better yet, all 3 so you have fresh context to put into perspective.
Yeah. Uhm... What? The direct story predecessor to Veilguard with multiple central characters in it and you didn't play it before releasing a review? I stopped there, then saw this comment lol. Absolutely signalled to me that this review is worth little to me as a DA fan.
We played the older ones but didn't play inquisition and just never got around to playing it. Don't know why that is controversial. We operate this channel for fun. We have families and full daytime jobs lol.
@@LegacyGamingUS I think I explained in my original post why the fact you haven’t played Inquisition may come off as controversial. Being invested in the story and characters, our expectations were set for the next game. If you have not played it, you simply won’t have the same expectations towards this game and I think this matters for the outcome of this/a review. Anyhow, I may not have worded well enough my original point which just wanted to be feedback really for you. That is, playing Inquisition would’ve benefited you and the video.
@@LegacyGamingUS Maybe some folks - those die-hards who only played DAO, or especially those who haven't played any DA titles - will find this more useful/ insightful and NO shame there. Plenty of those folks around who need content. But I want context on how this 'fits' given DA game/story/lore continuity, the differences in combat evolution, tone, etc... I'm not gonna get much of that if u didn't even play DAI. Thanks for being up front in the vid though.
Some of the dialogue I’ve heard is absolutely atrocious. I don’t think I could push through this one. If it weren’t action oriented maybe. But it’ll never hold its on in action against black myth.
You dont have to be a genius to know this game is Dragon Age in name only. Sad very few trustworthy reviewers were given codes. Reminds me of the disney star wars shills who reviewed and praised Star Wars Outlaws, then everyone found out the game was trash
Who were not given codes that you like, name them? Fextralife who was positive in his preview xD you have such a moronic take. What makes it a dragon age game? All previous DA games are wildly different than others, da2 is trash, inquisition is a open world bloat. outlaws is trash? the definition of mid. Legit you are a moron.
Did you actually play Outlaws? It’s no masterpiece but it’s far from trash. Veilguard will probably be the same. Form your own opinion and stop sucking the 🍆 of negative content grifters.
Inquisition. He hasn’t played inquisition. If that’s a deal breaker for you when looking at his review. Fine. But at least get your complaint in about the correct issue.
What does that change? It's actually interesting to have reviews from newcomers for newcomers. It's not like the Dragon age franchise has ever existed everybody hated the second game and inquisition isn't a particularly good game if we are being honest. Whether we like it or not Veilguard might end up being one of the best games in the "franchise" because at the very least it does what it's trying to i.e being a hyper positive colorful action focused game in the dragon age universe.
You just want to find a reason to the spread of him simply because you don't want to like the game and that's fine but shut up and let other people enjoy it
Your class decisions is locked in at the start. I personally like being able to control my companion's actions, but not them, but I get that not everyone is going to like that.
Codiak: "Dragon Age was part of my childhood." Also Codiak: "I didn't play Dragon Age: Inquisition." This was in the first 90 seconds. I clicked on this video because I have been watching a lot of Veilguard videos, and it appeared in my feed. How can you expect me to trust your judgment when you contradict yourself in the first 90 seconds and in the middle of both you say the game has controversy, real or imagined? Never mind. I didn't watch the rest of the video.
@LegacyGamingUS Even still, the games were not part of your childhood. That's like me saying, "Yeah, Final Fantasy was part of our childhood, but I only played the Final I and II." And who's "we"? You mentioned two other people. Was it those two who played Dragon Age (all three)? Or only one of them played all three, and you missed Inquisition? That being said, since they're all part of the same saga, playing all three is a requirement to fully understand the lore of the game. Saying you didn't play Inquisition despite saying the series is part of your childhood hurts your credibility. EDIT: For the record, I played all three Dragon Age games and I am aware of your channel, but am not a subscriber as I used it as a resource for when Outriders came out.
Thanks for the review. As someone who’s not super invested in past dragon age games (like you guys, I played the first 2 way back when they came out, but never played inquisition), the game looks fun to me. And I actually like the art direction and more action oriented combat. I’m looking forward to checking it out.
Was Sweet Baby involved in this? I cannot support anything they are involved with, even if I love this type of game, have to draw the line somewhere and at some time.

The discourse around this game is VERY interesting. If you like the game or not, the overall conversation is certainly entertaining. For me, the art style alone made it obvious that the game wont be a return to form, no edge, so it’s not for me. But I hope someone likes it lol.

There's a lot of side quests and the most engaging are the ones tied to the companions. I've really enjoyed those because they feel like 7 micro-stories within the macro game. There are additional quests/secrets as well, but there's not crafting in the game.

I guess we know they'll shill and shovel any bs here. I assumed they'd be honest here instead of mindless shilling like so many other channels desperate for access to future games. The desperate grasping at straws and disingenuous bs is exactly why most of us stopped watching reviews from IGN and the other old school access chasers.
Milions of dollars spent on the game. 150 million iirc. That is just for development. Now I have read some say that the publishers can spend close to this amount for advertising and I wonder...are some of these reviews paid for. How can some say its total garbage and some say its GOTY? Its too massive a difference to point of if this becomes the norm....I think good advice is to never trust reviewers anymore. Why would mainstream game reviewers get paid to shill when the UA-cam gaming channels are becoming even a stronger force in sales. Take the 150 million and spread the wealth around mateys! Ahoy time!
Thanks for letting us all know that you guys stand with companies over truthful reviews for we the players. Might want to rewatch your own Vid from the 8:14 mark. Reputation INDEED!
At the end of the day Veilguard is basically what dragon age 2 was supposed to be a long time ago. A hyper accessible casual console action rpg in a fantasy world. Nobody asked for it but it doesn't seem like a bad game either. It's just not at all what dragon age was ever meant to be.
Guys, calm down. There is still the potential, in this day and age, to let people have different opinions. Just because this game has some detestable stuff, and really missed the mark for some people, others learned to actually enjoy it! I really trust the guys at Legacy Gaming, I trust Boomstick Gaming, and I trust the guy who does reviews after 100%. They all quite enjoyed it, and I don't believe that their opinions are wrong, I just don't think I will be playing the game. My favorite reviewer absolutely detests the game (skillup), and his opinions often mirror my own.
Who knows, it's their decision at the end of the day. Fextralife doesn't do themselves any favors though by constantly data mining games and blasting every bit of info/secrets onto a wiki before games even release. I'm sure that hurts their credibility with developers. We weren't invited to any previews and had no access to the game up until our review codes. We put in our request, just like everyone else, and were lucky enough to get access this time. We've been on the outside looking in dozens of times before, but ultimately we don't make those decisions, EA does.
Literally would be disclosed if that was the case. Regardless, we don't take sponsorships, money, etc for reviews ever. Never have, never will. If you watched the channel ever you'd know that.
I cannot believe you said this game has good writing and good animations. Im not going to comment on voice acting because the writing is just so bad that it might be due to the writing. You guys are shilling.
We get it, you watched a bunch of curated cringe parts of the game and decided you hate it. We said some parts of the story were cringe in the review, but there is plenty of good as well.
@LegacyGamingUS I've watched hours of streaming, not just the 30 second clips... It's bad across the board. The 30 second clips convinced me to not financially support it, ever.
To be very clear! you cannot be evil or a douche in this game, you cant even disagree with taash decisions if you dont like her stand and whining about wanting to be a man ,
Thank you for the review, and ignore the negative opinions - it's hilarious seeing people who only saw rage bait videos acting like they are experts on the title. We will all see once it is actually released for ourselves
I personally don't believe LegacyGaming was paid for this positive review, I think, chances are, some people might like this game, I have some bad games that I like on my own... The game is out on UA-cam for all of us to see, and from what I've seeing so far things do not look great; Cringe/Infantile Dialogue everywhere, Grotesque Character Design/Art Direction in a world filled with mindless crates of loot, keeping the dopamine going in a very diminishing way, and on top of it all, lazy combat system with nothing really demanding skill from the player, specially on the tactical side, and personally I don't like the way these hits land or connect, they look disjointed and out of flow, not a fan of this one for sure but if there is one thing this review tells me is that, some people might like this game despite his many shortcomings, I know for sure that I can't trust IGN or Eurogamer for that... So... Nice one guys, controversial for sure but still insightful.
If it was at all sponsored (our reviews never are, we only allow guides to be sponsored, and only guides we already planned on making once we've tried the game ourselves) that has to all be disclosed upfront, in the video, in the description, and registered on the backend legally. People are really wild to think otherwise like we'd risk compliance and the standing of our channel. It's crazy.
What a polarizing game. I think it comes down to tone. It’s like comparing something like Alien vs Star Wars in the sci-fi genre. If you like the more nerdy tone of Star Wars, this game seems to be for you. If you’re more of the serious type, sensitive games like this would probably kill your immersion
Yeah the game is extremely polarizing and it's wild how many people are coming out of the woodwork as just incapable of simply tolerating that everyone has their own opinion on entertainment based media.
I'm still kinda apprehensive about the game, cause the limited import of our past decisions put a damper on my enthusiasm. But I'm willing to give the game a try and your vid definitely encouraged me to do so.
I dont know if it'll be good or not, but so many people who haven't played the game are really attacking anyone who didn't hate it. He mentions that the dialogue sometimes isn't the best and is even cringe. That's probably in reference to the one clip everyone saw and is basing the whole game on. Cant wait for the "Veilguard was misunderstood" video a year from now from all the UA-camrs.
@SaintJ92 a little research and you can see how EA handed out review codes and to who...if it walks and talks like a duck, its not a shock when it's name turns out to be "Donald"
@@AstraAstraAstrafr, these people decide a game is bad before they get any information on it, then they get mad when they end up being wrong. Stupid and prideful is a crazy combo
It’s like someone’s trying to dress up in the dead body of Dragon Age as a Halloween costume and parade around in it. At least their timing is impeccable. This game is Dragon Age in name only.
It's crazy how some people simply can't accept that there are reviewers who actually like the game. Apparently liking this game goes against the natural laws of physics. Every single channel that is not destroying Veilguard gets its comments section polluted with accusations of shilling and corruption. The ironic part is that the overwhelming majority of them hasn't even touched the game yet but they somehow know that it is an objective trainwreck that no one can possibly enjoy. Did EA do some screening shenanigans by giving keys in priority to reviewers they thought had a higher chance to appreciate the game? Maybe, and they wouldn't be the first to do it, remember CDPR with Cyberpunk 2077. Does it mean that these reviews are all fake or bought? Absolutely not, IF the screening is confirmed, it would be indeed a form of cherry picking from EA that alters the balance between positive and negative reviews, but it still wouldn't mean at all that these channels are bought or being dishonnest. Hate the system if you want but Legacy Gaming are doing their job here, giving their honest opinion about a game. You can disagree with it, but attacking them because they're not saying what you want to hear is just showing how unable you are to handle opinions that go against the narrative you've been fed.
I'm a lore nerd with 3000 hours played across the previous games. It seems clear that this game is aimed at more casual players, and newcomers to the series, which is not what I had hoped for, but I'm not gonna hate on it for that. I hope people love the story enough that they go back and play the others for the story because it's that good. As long as they stick the ending - and I've heard that the last five hours are extremely consequential and very impactful story-wise, then I can be okay with stylistic choices I don't love.
Same. I am a lore nerd and need to know what happens. I want to have something new to talk about when it comes to DA. I don't think the game is for me and for new players. I am still gonna get it because I have to know what happens
Yeah, people critical of the game didn't even get a code. You got one and published a 15 mins positive review. Strange. People should wait a few days before spending money on this game.
EA is not beholden to give people review copies. Also why would you intentionally give someone you know hates you something to review? You want as neutral a party as possible. It's hard, but that's the point of a review; neutral view.
@@krazykorean2525 , EA is not beholden to giving free copies for review. However, by not giving review copies to people who are not hating but just expressing their doubts in a preview is manipulating the outcome and selecting for more positive reviews, hence screwing the customers. It is exactly as I said. People should wait a few days until the "haters" get their reviews out and public scores becomes available and relevant.
So you're saying it's impossible to like the game unless you first hate on the game? These guys haven't even been previewing the game or been involved with it all that much. Asked for a code and played the game and this is the impressions.
I think if people look at this game in a vacuum, and as a HIGH fantasy vs DARK fantasy, they would like it. I think the "Dragon's Age" name hurts this game as it lays wrong expectations.
it's funny and ironic, there seems to be more videos currently explaining why these game review videos are biast, than actual video reviews for this game.
I am so intrigued about the contrast on all veilguard reviews. It's either superb or a big disappointment...being aware of fextralife warning i think i ll have to make my own unbiased opinion when i get my hands the game tomorrow.
I clicked on this video knowing it was going to be the make or break for my continued sub. I'm sorry, your just too PG13, gloves on, and act as a cheerleader for literally any game. Do all your close friends work on all of these games? Why do you pull punches and act so positive that nobody can take what your saying as legitimate critical review of any game or title.

Let alone the active fight against escapism with some of the real-world crap in there that wasn't mentioned here at all....
You’re not feeling it, yet you still like to watch videos on it? Go play origins lol.
The discourse around this game is VERY interesting. If you like the game or not, the overall conversation is certainly entertaining. For me, the art style alone made it obvious that the game wont be a return to form, no edge, so it’s not for me. But I hope someone likes it lol.

Is there still enough to do then the quests? Things that keeps u busy?
Like collecting materials for crafting and searching for chests with loot?

Ahoy time!

Really loved dragon age inquisition but will pass on this.
How Legacy get a code and Fextralife didn’t?
Who knows, it's their decision at the end of the day. Fextralife doesn't do themselves any favors though by constantly data mining games and blasting every bit of info/secrets onto a wiki before games even release. I'm sure that hurts their credibility with developers. We weren't invited to any previews and had no access to the game up until our review codes. We put in our request, just like everyone else, and were lucky enough to get access this time. We've been on the outside looking in dozens of times before, but ultimately we don't make those decisions, EA does.
legacygamingUS paid by EA ^^ fextralife did not take a bribe
Literally would be disclosed if that was the case. Regardless, we don't take sponsorships, money, etc for reviews ever. Never have, never will. If you watched the channel ever you'd know that.

neither did ACG, because they will likely give a more honest opinion on the game, which EA won't like

Grew up on Dragon age.... wont buy this one....
I love how everyone is bashing for a positive review because they agree with a negative review , when 99% of us haven’t played the game ourselves .
@@LegacyGamingUS it’s the nature of culture wars. The pros and cons of any given product is superseded by social politics.

Damn Legacy Gaming too ?!

A positive but thoroughly critical review of the things we liked and disliked. What's your point?
EA is not beholden to give people review copies. Also why would you intentionally give someone you know hates you something to review? You want as neutral a party as possible. It's hard, but that's the point of a review; neutral view.
@@krazykorean2525 , EA is not beholden to giving free copies for review. However, by not giving review copies to people who are not hating but just expressing their doubts in a preview is manipulating the outcome and selecting for more positive reviews, hence screwing the customers. Liar. Mrmatty, dantics, and skillup were critical of the game more than say fextralife who liked the game in their impressions. And those got codes.
