Hi, I hope it's not too late to reply. Basically, housing projects tend to involve more laws and it's a lengthy process. There are certain permits, studies, records, codes, etc., that need to be reviewed in planning housing projects. This is just a recommendation, but if you have the time and resources, you may pick housing as your thesis topic. My former mentor also told me to stay away from housing topics and she was right!
