- Boba had another urinary blockage and had to be hospitalized for another catheter placement. We are so upset. We are not sure what the next steps will be. We don’t know why he blocked again in such a short time. He is on special food. We are hoping to avoid PU surgery but not sure if we can if he gets blocked a third time.

I keep mentioning getting a perineal urethrostomy. It's invasive as hell, but he'll recover and never have a kidney/bladder problem ever again.

So sorry about Boba. We all love him so much and will send healing vibes. Don't know if this will help, but this can happen to boys a lot too. My cousins boy had to have surgery to make the opening bigger to go easier, and he was only 3 or 4. He never had another problem after that and is now in his late 20's, a father too. Maybe this is what they can do for Boba? All my love to you and yours!🥰

I’m sorry to hear that Boba is back in hospital. Please try not to worry about him too much. My cat Max who has had an issue with urinary crystals a couple of times is now 11 and he’s been OK for several years. I hope Boba recovers quickly.

Poor Boba, I really hope he gets better soon. Such a funny kitty. But even in the video, he looked like he just wanted to hang with Dobby (or maybe he just wanted Dobby's cat hammock). Either way, he looked so adorable right there.

Hello ladies❤️🙏🥰. I am possibly wondering if Boba will possibly need to be permanently Cathed to help him to pee like he should and it can possibly stop his urinary blockages from happening? Also, is he drinking plenty of water for him to be able to go to the bathroom like he should? Do you think possibly that he was born with this issue and that it is some kind of (I guess you can call it) a birth defect? I’m sure with blockages that no medications will be able to go help him stay open so he can pee. However, if there is a surgical procedure thst can help him in the long run to where he will be just fine with no more issues (as long as he’s drinking plenty of water) then I’d say go that route. God bless you Boba and I do pray that there aren’t anymore issues and I want to say that sweet Dobby (my love) is just putting on the cutes overload! I had a white cat like dobby who kept getting block. Eventually he had operation that changed him so he would not get blocked. He lived for 15 more years after that. Good luck.
