FYI Docker Overrides the host network configuration
so enabling the Fire wall is useless , unless you managed the network of you Docker containers
Can i use that tutorial with linux server that have setup on nginx reverse proxy? I'm hosting my websites with nginx reverse proxy with docker images. The only problem that i will face is web ui i think. Is it possible?

I've been tearing my hair out with frustration for about 3 hours... everything downloaded and I did all the config but when I run the docker compose yadayada command it crashes on binding port 995. It says "driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint mailu-front-1 (container id): listen tcp4 mypublicip:995: bind: cannot assign requested address"
I've done every possible check for activity on port 995 and there is none. I've restarted docker, deleted config files and redone them and tons of other things, nothing works, it's the same port 995 error every time. Idk what else to do... I'm looking for a different tutorial now, I guess
I will look into the issue. In the meantime, you should try out Mailcow. It's more robust and active community.

Mailu script installs everything for you. You won't have to do anything additonal.
I think generated values shoud be copied without double quotes into txt record (21:32)

Hey. Emailu is the only one so far that offers a k8s helm chart. However, it doesn't seem that it offers an API for external control (correct me if I am wrong). Of the email servers you've worked with, does any one of them offer an API, where I can connect to it externally to, for instance, create email accounts/ mail boxes, hook up to other domains, etc.?
I noticed it does have a CLI. Worst case, I could build a REST wrapper around the CLI commands I guess. But, that could be difficult working with a containerized version.

I cannot send email to gmail yahoo etc but I can send to those on my domain. I can receive emails but just cannot send to external clients. Any help?

@@inGuide Yes I'm seeing that it is blacklisted. Is there a way to fix it without paying uceprotect? How can I change the ip to something that won't be blacklisted?

I am not aware of any cloud hosting which gives you free server forever except Oracle. Therefore, I can't do this for another hosting.
You might want to borrow friends credit card. I have observed that Oracle accepts your debit card as well provided it's from private bank (in India). You might want to open zero balance account with private bank.
