I would suggest E60 M5 (can be found for under 10k like the M3) but that is a money pit but E60 540i/545i/550i are quite manageable and can be found under 20k for the LCI models.
Its still a great list, but im cinda missing the RS6 Avant from '08 till '11 with that glorious TT V10, wich you can get for around 22.000€ here in germany.
