I haven't done Garden of Salvation during Shadowkeep. Part of it is because of time, work, and lack of power. The one time I was able to get to do the raid, was when I went do the Divinity quest. ...and that was when i got it DURING Beyond Light! When I saw another DestinyTuber, TrueVanguard, using that Fusion, he got Fluted Barrel, Liquid Coils, Under Pressure, High Impact Reserves with a Range MW and he was shredding players in PVP with it. Back at the one time I did run through Garden Of Salvation, when I was doing the Divinity Quest, I got the fusion to drop for the first time, and I got the SAME EXACT ROLL TrueVanguard has, ...except I got Reload MW. After I got the fusion, I tried it out in PVP, and fell in love with it. Now here I am, ...with almost 1000 kills with on the original Zealot's and it never left my Guardians. Now that I heard that Zealot's is craftable, I am excited to get the weapon crafted. Already got two patterns under its name(one of them I had to use Deepsight Harmonizers), and I'll gladly create TrueVanguard's original PVP Roll and make your PVP God roll as well. Hope I'll get it in the next three weeks(or less depending on RNG)
As soon as I saw the perk pool they put on Zealot's, I knew it was going to be a banger rapid fire fusion. I still want that in-depth review on Riptide tho (and how to make it "useable"). 😉
Zealots has always been a crazy consistent fusion rifle. I've been on a hiatus from D2 but I can't lie that I need a crafted one in my clutches to add to my arsenal...for whenever I return to PvP.
This might be the best season for fusion rifle enjoyers in a while. New dungeon fusion rifle, reissued zealots reward, and plug one.1 coming back to nightfalls with updated perks too.
I got a Gravitic with Smallbore, Projection Fuse, To the Pain, Closing Time and a Range masterwork. Zaelots has always been my go to and I think I like it more.

Almost all of my playtime with the gun on lunafactions, I *already* don't have any problem hitting 30+ meter shots, I'm legitimately curious as to how much better this would feel to me, although unfortunately not enough for me to reinstall the game :(
gonna just chime in that for years now, I've felt like Void fusion rifles have felt significantly better than other purely because of its visuals. The Void bolts are less noisy than Solar and Arc, and feel as though they are more accurate as a result. I've felt like this ever since Erentil, so it's no surprise to me that this one has that secret sauce
After using both a perfectly crafted zealots and a 3/5 gravitic (bad mag and masterwork), I think I prefer the gravitic. Just felt nicer to use and more consistent in hitting those bolts
Ah, the Zealots Reward. My favorite fusion rifle. Looks cool, sounds cool, and is a Rapid Fire. Definitely next on my farm list, now that I have Sacred Provenance.

Only fusion ive ever used consistently in pvp is an under pressure high impact reserves glacioclasm and it feels illegal, but managing the long charge time is a bit tricky. Its crazy to think a rapid fire can commit such crimes. Looks pretty fun
You pretty much did the same exact roll for PVE as i did. I just threw on small bore instead of hammer forge, but everything else was the same. The gun is fun in PVE. For PVP, i may try the barrel you used, we will see. I hate losing out on stability on full bore, but if you're that consistent without a counter balance mod, i may try it with out one. I saw 49 and was thinking, MEH lol.

Hey I like that idea! I'll one up you -> Offhand Strike / Hip-Fire Grip! They've done it on other weapons but I don't think they have on a fusion yet. Would love to see it on any archetype really.
Would love for you to start doing controler and m/k fusion reviews because the rolls really change between these two inputs. I feel like you can't get away with max range no stability no recoil direction roll on m/k. Controler aim assist is carrying the bolts to connect at far ranges but on m/k you need all the help with tracking your opponents so the stability is the go to imo.
I agree they are different, but I also think the primary concept of accuracy and range applies to PC too. The accuracy cone at this range is what's making this possible, not as much the controller friction from aim assist (which zealot's doesn't have a lot of anyways). I do wish I could spend MORE time on both devices to give a completely clear picture from my own experience though, but these guides would be like three months late if I did that at this stage of my life though. (full time job, 4 year old, etc.) maybe one day!
Here’s a rough take and I’m really not trying to be a corn hole here but I use zealot since it came out with great success and I feel having a one shot kill with a charge time of ~.5 at decent range is just way too free. I think fast charging fusions should need two shots to kill in pvp. There I said it….😬
Now wishing I had farmed out GOS last week. Zealot’s looks NUTTY Will likely go for the Vesper’s one though, might be a good energy alternative to my Nox Perennial
I still have the old Under Pressure + HI Reserves roll that came from my first runs of Garden, and even with unoptimized 2 columns and a non masterworked stat, it still slaps, even if I may be tossing up on the max distance kill potential. I only got the hand cannon red border complete when Garden was featured last week, so I've been trying for the Prophet and Zealots. Unfortunately, I don't really have that much time anymore.
Yeah I made sure to grab the hand cannon and the fusion, everything else can wait for me, but I'm really excited to talk about the hand cannon as well.

New Good Fusion Rifle time has to be my most hated time in PvP. Even if the fusion isn’t that crazy, you see it everywhere. Remember when Iterative Loop came out? It was all over the place. And now this thing…

I hope it stays for a while. Fusions have been underpowered for a while now. While shotguns have gotten a buff basically every season for the last 4. I have 50,000 pvp kills in crucible total on fusions. I almost put them down 2 seasons ago because how strong slug shotguns are.

Prefer Adaptives for 3v3, Rapids for 6v6 a lot of the time, find Adaptives on average more consistent for getting picks
Adaptives do tend to be my go-to for everything
