The second combo is really interesting on it’s own, but it can be further improved by adding something like Tinker. Usually it sells for 2 dollars, but if you are lucky, you can find it for 96 cents. It is really worth it as it allows you to play an artifact for free. You could theoretically get this combo out on turn four, or even three if you have something like Sol Ring or a nonland permanent that produces mana. Since Spine of Ish Sah returns to your hand, you can decide when to stop your combo until your opponent plays another permanent. Tinker is a sorcery, unfortunately, so you can only use it once, but if you have something like Master Transmuter, the possibilities are limitless.
9:25: The jank is real in this one. 15 mana assembly in 4 permanents on board for removal, yeah, that'll happen. Also, I totally believe that this is budget.
Nice combos. One deck I'm hoping to work on soon uses the combo of Willbreaker and Goblin Bombardment. A Second creature is required but doesn't matter as to what it is. Idea is have all three on the field, sacrifice a creature that isn't Willbreaker to Goblin Bombardment. Deal one damage to an opponent's creature. Willbreaker's ability steals that creature. Sac that creature, rinse, repeat. Using your own opponent's creatures to their own demise.
Nice to see new videos from you, guys!!! Most of this combos would probably only see play in commander. Could you ever do a video where you present the most budgets combos for each format??? Like, "best 10 budget combos for modern" :D
Haha a day too late, Combo #5 would fit in my Meren deck. Swarmed by a bunch of indestructible flying angels....poor Meren...didn't even stand a chance.
Wow that last one was sick. I actually own two of the cards. I own one of each other combo. I always trade for cards that look like combos. You can always tell
correct me if I'm wrong but the third combo doesn't work. foul's demise will put 2 effects on the stack. the first (returning academy researchers) will occur first because it's the first bit of text, this will trigger academy researcher's etb and puts it on the stack over the second ability of foul's demise. therefor foul's demise is not back in your hand yet. it would work with 2 foul's demises.
It does work as you have two triggered abilities waiting to go on the stack at the same time so as you gain priority you can choose the order. Source: from a Judge in 2008 "To get the result you want, have the Fool's Demise ability that returns Fool's Demise to your hand put on the stack last, so it resolves first. This way, it will be in your hand when Academy Researcher's comes-into-play triggered ability resolves."
Deathbringer Head Combo. id use Basilisk Collar instead of Gorgon's Head. ...... well, my gears are turning now. Glad to see another budget combo piece from you guys. kinda missed it.
Budget MTG Decks wow. the collar must have went up a bit, I picked them up for about 50 cents each a couple of years ago...... but again, that was a couple of years ago. lol But as for the Deathbringer Head Combo. Could use Vampric Link. That should be way under a dollar.
Budget MTG Decks I just rolled out of bed. I goofed, I meant Vampric Touch for the lifelink. but going off the dollar budget for a second. Hardened Scales + Fling/Rites of Consumption would be a nice little addition to the combo.
great video as always...thank you! haven't see you in a while, and it's great to see some new content. (Would love to see your take on a Sisay EDH deck sometime!)
Couldn't you also use an Altar of Nim Death Mantle combo in some of these as well? Hell having an infinite sack outlet to kill creatures, make your Golgari "when a creature dies" effects (I like +1/+1 counters with Corpsejack but I'm not certain he's budget)
Ah yes david about now a single card questions: The Malakir Familar, 2/1 bat with flying and deathtouch for 2 generic and 1 black, and the skill says when u gain life it gains +1/+1 until end of turn. The question is: Like for example u gain life at the first main phase, so it gets +1/+1. but when creatures with lifelink attack and i gain life due to that and gaining life during the 2nd main phase, does the Malakir Familar gains more +1/+1 for everytime to gain life or it only occurs 1 time per turn?
It gains +1/+1 till the end of turn for each time you gained life this turn. So if you gain 2 life from a spell, then you gain 2 life from the attack of a 2/2 creature with lifelink at the end of your turn The Malakir would have been 4/3 because you gained life twice. Naturally during your opponents turn the Malakir would be 2/1 again.
Hi. have You ever seen any of these "infinite" combos (I mean all of your videos) in use? GP or champioship or any other real pro game? would be interesting to see any in action, wouldn't it :)
Hi Erwin! Don't think we will be seeing any of these combo's used in any professional capacity. The reason they are budget is because they are not viable in the competitive scene.
ahh yes another question: If a creature that is attacking and 2 creatures block it, does the 2nd creature take damage or it wont take any damage from the atacking creature
yea.. kinda.. so if the attacking creatures power is 6 and the blocking creatures have 3 and 2 toughness.. together 5.. so the attacking cr destroys both of the blocking cr, but it deals no Combat damals to the player.. only with trample, 1 damage goes to the player..
So, I found very interesting commander for EDH deck, but tbh I lack knowledge about cards to make good use of it, especially good budget use. How about Brago, King Eternal? Seems like good commander, full of synergies, but I don't know cards from before BFZ :( I may try to brew on my own anyway, but I would like to see what you guys can make with it, any chance? :) Oh, and Lazav deck is pure gold :D
wow... I was browsing through your decks and that one did not fell under my radar :D thx a lot, gotta try it out :D love your content, keep it up, people like you basically allow me to play mtg :D
like i look at all of your videos and see if i can do these combos and i dont have any cards in your videos but when i see this video on the last section i was flipping out cause i had those cards
Simply because it's cheap (mana wise) and can sacrifice itself without needing an additional sacrifice outlet. There are more alternatives though which would work just as well.
Budget MTG Decks , Oh! I see, I was thinking that because of stuff like first strike and double strike. so would the same be true for lifelink or something?
The second combo is really interesting on it’s own, but it can be further improved by adding something like Tinker. Usually it sells for 2 dollars, but if you are lucky, you can find it for 96 cents. Cool, thanks for sharing!
Tinker is also is on the commander ban list... Might be why it's so cheap. :/
Think it's banned or at least, restricted in most formats : tappedout.net/mtg-decks/so-this-is-why-tinker-is-banned-1/
-Remembers #5 makes a deck around it
-fights a token popper deck
-is screwed.
I thought this channel was dead, glad to see you guys are still uploading.
Yeah we were just on a summer break. Now we are back in action!
Great! Im hoping to see Kaladesh full set review soon. :D
9:25: The jank is real in this one. 15 mana assembly in 4 permanents on board for removal, yeah, that'll happen. Also, I totally believe that this is budget.

This is a super fun combo and budget! Awesome :D
Combo #2
What lands? You don't have lands. I have lands.
I checked to make sure it was permanent... Oh you guys really did it this time!
Nice to see new videos from you, guys!!! Most of this combos would probably only see play in commander. Could you ever do a video where you present the most budgets combos for each format??? Like, "best 10 budget combos for modern" :D
Thanks! We might do that, cool suggestion.
Haha a day too late, Combo #5 would fit in my Meren deck. Swarmed by a bunch of indestructible flying angels....poor Meren...didn't even stand a chance.

2:30 minion and illusionists bracers are a suitable replacement for spy and priest
glad to see you comeback!! can't wait for more commander stuff!!
New budget commander deck techs coming in hot! Next up...Golgari.
i'm on it ! ;)
i just hope it would upload faster hahaha :p
Deathbringer Head Combo. id use Basilisk Collar instead of Gorgon's Head. ...... well, my gears are turning now. Glad to see another budget combo piece from you guys. kinda missed it.
Goblin Sharpshooter and basilisk collar is 100% better
We are glad to be back, unfortunately neither Basilisk Collar nor Goblin Sharpshooter are under $1.
Budget MTG Decks wow. the collar must have went up a bit, I picked them up for about 50 cents each a couple of years ago...... but again, that was a couple of years ago. lol But as for the Deathbringer Head Combo. Could use Vampric Link. That should be way under a dollar.
But Lace only gives deathtouch till the end of turn. Then you can't do it again in subsequent turns.
Interesting, we wonder if Legendary tribal has ever been pulled of with budget cards :)
Also, Creatures with Indestructible, do they take damage and if thier hp is 0, do they die?
Couldn't you also use an Altar of Nim Death Mantle combo in some of these as well? Hell having an infinite sack outlet to kill creatures, make your Golgari "when a creature dies" effects (I like +1/+1 counters with Corpsejack but I'm not certain he's budget)
Combo 5 also works with Nantuko Husk
5 Infininite removal combos:
1. Obliterate
2. Planar Cleansing + Armageddon
Ah yes david about now a single card questions: The Malakir Familar, 2/1 bat with flying and deathtouch for 2 generic and 1 black, and the skill says when u gain life it gains +1/+1 until end of turn. easiest mass removal I know. Is Mephidross Vampire and Triskelion.
Nice combos!
Aura of Dominion + King Macar is a fun one
Yeah King Macar would make a sweet repeatable exile combo!
Nice! Love your work :)
Great video sir!
Aphetto Alchemist + illusionist bracers = infinite untaps. That combined with skeleton ship = infinite -1/-1 counters.
Excellent combo! Thanks ;)
And another one, Are Enchantments, creatures, land, instants, sorceries, and artifacts, are they spells?
creatures, enchantments and artifacts are only spells when you're casting them, once they hit the table (uncountered) then they are permanents
I realize this video is old, but could you do a video on enchantment/permanent destruction combos? I'm ... dealing with a problem at my LGS. 😜
There are a couple of combos in this video which deal with all permanents. This includes enchantments.
I regret taking cheap cards for granted
You should, they do so much and ask so little :P
Does deathtouch apply to that damage?
Isn t it just combat damage?
Deathtouch applies to any damage dealt by the creature, be it combat or other.
Hi. have You ever seen any of these "infinite" combos (I mean all of your videos) in use? GP or champioship or any other real pro game? would be interesting to see any in action, wouldn't it :)
Hi Erwin! Don't think we will be seeing any of these combo's used in any professional capacity. The reason they are budget is because they are not viable in the competitive scene.
anyways, they are cool, and my next MTG project will be to try these in my home-constructed decks.
ahh yes another question: If a creature that is attacking and 2 creatures block it, does the 2nd creature take damage or it wont take any damage from the atacking creature
the Attacker chooses which of the blocking creatures get the First damage..
+Bl4ckSu1c1d3 i meant that ifnthe 2 blocking creature do both take the damage or 1 of them does not take damage
So, if the damage is higher than the toughness of the First creature (which get the First damage) the "leftover" damage goes to the 2nd creature..
+Bl4ckSu1c1d3 so its like trample
yea.. kinda.. so if the attacking creatures power is 6 and the blocking creatures have 3 and 2 toughness.. together 5.. so the attacking cr destroys both of the blocking cr, but it deals no Combat damals to the player.. only with trample, 1 damage goes to the player..

Have you tried searching for it? Look and you shall find...
wow... I was browsing through your decks and that one did not fell under my radar :D thx a lot, gotta try it out :D love your content, keep it up, people like you basically allow me to play mtg :D
No sweat! Also Brago is a powerhouse so handle with care ;).
Budget MTG Decks I will, it may be powerfull, but lazav is just too fun :D . Btw, spelling of "sweet" is not how it should be :D
Yeah Lazav is indeed sweet! And it does leave your opponents perspiring with sweat :p
This is great. I'm gonna stick them in a Commander deck and try it out. Haha.
Remember that these combos are not a lot of fun to play against. ;)
does all of these work on indestructible creatures?
No, only the ones where we explicitly say so.
oh, alright. thanks!
welcome back
Thanks!
bro when i see all infinite combos and lose hope because you have no cards but when i see number five i see the wizards haven't failed me now
Hi Fenix, what do you mean exactly?
like i look at all of your videos and see if i can do these combos and i dont have any cards in your videos but when i see this video on the last section i was flipping out cause i had those cards
Ah sweet, although all the cards we use are super cheap so you can also just buy the cards for the combos you like.
Infinite damage and life combo.
You need slimefoot the stoway ashnods alter and parallel lives. Vid on my channel soon
Neither Ashnod's Altar nor Parallel lives are under $1 unfortunately.
Why the death cultist? There's so many better sac effects that are still really budget
Simply because it's cheap (mana wise) and can sacrifice itself without needing an additional sacrifice outlet. There are more alternatives though which would work just as well.
Searched TappedOut for Inspired Madness, a 5-color modern deck.
Search*, like Go do it.
Yeeeeess it's beautiful
More commander vids, please.
Let me guess, also more videos with (the bald guy) Ruud? :P ^David
LOL, you damn right baby! Make it so, you guys have the best MtG channel on youtube.
That's a lie we can live with :P
LOL
goblin sharpshooter + death pith of rath
Fun combo! Unfortunately we can't use Goblin Sharpshooter as it's over $1.
LOL reminds me of the r/BadMTGCombos xD
8:10 key word: nontoken
Is this modern?
Combo 1,3 and 5 are modern legal.
where is the tenth video of how to play magic
It's coming, we are still working on it ;)
Why do you upload so little? I'm not being rude it's just curiosity
Good question, it's because we just do this as a hobby and have to balance it with full time work, working out, friends and family ;).
the first one is flawed. death touch is only for combat damage sadly
That is incorrect. Deathtouch is a static ability which works outside of combat too.
Budget MTG Decks , Oh! I see, I was thinking that because of stuff like first strike and double strike. so would the same be true for lifelink or something?
You are correct, lifelink also works outside of combat.
I love those clickbait titles :D
Combo 1 isnt infinite dude
