I am building the ultimate double tiny house with a center patio on that frame. On one frame, 2 nice 8 x 16'3" hyper insulated tiny houses, and a 7.5 x 8 foot patio in the center all under one tin roof, a screened in patio in the center. It will have 3 - 5200 lb axles, and only weigh 4800 lbs before personal furniture/customization. I have built 2 like it, this one will be biggest and Spec Built. It can be loaded to the max of 14000 lbs if desired later.

John, can you convert/modify the cranking end so a power drill can be used instead of the manual crank tool? If so, have any ideas?
I take one of the 4 jack tools and cut it at the hinge and just chuck it into a 1/2" drill. Run it on low speed and its perfect.
Can you make a video of that for very uneducated newbies like me?
Wonder if those would work for my car trailer on the back.
Post stabilizers work better on car haulers.

15" lift man that's decent , that trailer build is interesting I'm jelous how you guys get things like that, here they're rare as hens teeth. Theyd be snapped up so fast your head would spin. Here you gotta build your own frame from scratch if you want to save money.
I have 34 RV's in my field, all free haul aways from my local Tow Company folks. They want them gone, you will get them free for the asking. Too much expensive space used to store them, and most people who abandon them never can pay their impound cost plus most counties only pay $100 to $150 for the derelict haul offs. I got some with engines and mechanics docs that are under 10k miles, some with as high as 70k. Most around 35k. Just got in a very nice clean 30 foot bounder (in the back drop of this video), Abandoned on the interstate, clear title, only thing wrong with it, fuel pump. Its engine only has 28,709 on it, generator only has 102 hours.
A few minutes of Amazon searching can save a lot of money and give you a better product
So true. Yet I hate Amazon, so I look for anything that gives them as little possible Bezos earnings while forefilling a need for us.
