Say it again! With playing football for 12 years, man thats what pisses me off about alot of talk around the sport. QBs this, WRs that, defense wins chamionships etc.. If you dont have a competent O line and a decent defensive line you have lost the game before you even suit up. Its literally impossible to overcome. We just witnessed this in the superbowl. Joey B was playing his ass off, defense was doing better than anticipated. Rams lost OBJ and made a few critical mistakes.... But in the end they could not block the rams pass rush so it was game over.
The “9 mistakes” was from when agents told prospects to say things like that so that can’t be held against him. But look at Rosen’s mechanics, his slow release & inability to throw a receiver open. Now ask him to do all of that very fast after reading defenses. Very few can do that but none of the teams that had him wanted to keep him in their QB room. Rosen was hyped by ppl who wanted to see him drafted but there’s no evidence that he’s used all of this time to improve himself to be able to play fast & impress teams that he wants to learn. Feel bad for what happened at the Cards but after that he had to make things happen.

He always seemed disinterested. But he is 25 years old, $18 million in the bank, and another $1 million this year to keep the seat warm for Brisset when Watson comes back.

Coaches make you or break you at all levels.

The answer is the failure of the scouts. Everyone has seen how many times "The Top Pick" goes bust. I think these scouts as well as the talking heads fail to see the real reason for the success these player have. In my opinion the level of defense they play against is lacking BADLY. The focus on the offensive numbers that look and sound out of this world. I knew, and I'm not by any means "Qualified" to be a scout, that Tebow was not very good yet loads of people called him the top pick. He even won the Heisman. I still say it to this day "Told Ya". I should have pursued a career as a scout. LOL At least I would not ignore the obvious.

He was picked by the Worst team in the League had NO HELP ANYWHERE and still put up the same numbers as his other rookie QBs and it’s not his fault that a New Coach came in And He immediately removed him….he then went to the Dolphins Which was Just as bad and hopeless of a team as the Cards…Rosen Has Been Black Balled from the League…need proof, let me bring up Gardner Minshew one of the Best QBs in the league but no team will play him, WHY I mean this man got benched for Winning on a Team that was trying to lose that speaks volumes not to mention he had better stats as a Rookie than Kyler Murray who was drafted in the same class…..Minshew Mania was on and his numbers/stats hold up he’s a proven winner but no one will play him…WHY? Because he was a winner that wasn’t supposed to win….there’s only Supposed to be 1 Tom Brady not 2 Remember Minshew was a 6th round pick just like Brady but is way ahead of Brady and would of put up better numbers and I don’t think the league wants that as just like MJ to Basketball they already have their Goat in Brady and for someone to play better than the Goat can’t be I guess….but I hope they’ll let him win he was way better than Hurts and earned that 1st string position
