I have a question, I just bought this car and I’ve been seeing this comment a lot. I don’t know much about car but turning off the tc will that help me go faster?
Can someone explain to me wat stage 1 and all that even means. I’m not usually into small engine cars but lately been checkin out the mk6 R and mx5 im a truck and muscle car lover so plz be nice ion kno much bout the gti
Yo you still have the car?? I’m Thinking about picking up a 2013 GTI DSG. 2 owners clean title @ 103,000 miles for 9K just curious about reliability and maintenance.
I have a 2012 beetle turbo (basically a mk6gti) with a cts ko4 and untronic stage 2+ ecu/ stage 2 tcu fbo.. Believe me, you want to go ko4. But you can go hybrid and get a custom tune.. unfortunately i cant.. stuck with ots tunes
Fedja Drndarski stage 2 usually requires a downpipe and a intercooler you can run up to stage 1+ on stock downpipe but it’s not recommend and it’s also the type of tune u get
@@845_Mk6 Stage 2 on GTI require downpipe and high flow intake. Intercooler is pretty good on Mk6 for stock turbocharger, same as on Mk6 R, or Ed35 for EU version. If I understand, stage 1+ here is stage 2 remap with stock downpipe, or stock intake or both stock.
Why the small peen aggression? A mature person would have said, "That is fairly quick, I think it would be fun to stage my 2.TDi stage 1 against your Mk6 stage one." From there you can have a mature conversation about the differences, etc.
@@klevishysenaj3681well that’s kinda the reason people get the GTI because it’s cheap and economical. If you don’t care about gas mileage there were better/faster cars to get for more money…

All over those yellow lines nice! Great experience for everybody else on the road. You really know what you're doing!!
Go to bed
Don't you have a test tomorrow?
Guy didn’t even turn off tc 🤣
It depends if he has the after market button or not, on my mk6 GLI, I don’t even have a tcs button to turn it off

Apr has a stage 1 and stage 1+. I’m running stage 1+ on my mk6 gti with dp and intake. It’s fun. It rips. And yes I keep up with IE stage 2
what intake and dp do you have?
I doubt you keep up with a IE stage 2, whilst running a stage 1+.
How many KW do you have right now, after stage1 ?
why not go stage 2 if you have downpipe?

What is stage 1+ ? Stage 1 with intake ?
Stage 1+ is software
@@klevishysenaj3681 Okay, what is the difference between stage 1 and stage 1+ and stage 2 software ?

Stage 1 can be used on stock GTI. Stage 1+ requirements a cold air intake. Stage 2 require downpipe and intercooler.
My passat 2.0 tdi 210hp stage 1+ (serie 170hp) i would rip him that is not fast bro

I have the A3 with stage 1+ 170 to 210 and there's no way you can beat that GTI 😅
Manual transmission better..
Always one of you purist. Trust me I love manual trans too, but DSG, PDK, DCT are all where it's at lmfao.
