Man survives flash flooding in northern New Mexico

Lifelong resident of Maestas Canyon, Rey Herrera, was on his lunch break when he was hit by a flash flood.

Saying that the people from Rhode Island DC Maryland don't know anything about the flood the land the forest the mud and all that and once again it seems like he don't know much about how to secure an overseas container that can float on the water so it's not very Savvy when it comes to that because if he knows about the land the floods and the water he should know better how to secure that container right ?
