The better style of martial art doesn't exist. It's all getting better through hard work and discipline.
The spacers between each board and brick makes breaking easier because it causes a dominoes effect where the velocity of the top board has the space to travel. We never used spacers in Kyokushin. We didn't have to 🙂

Breaking doesn't mean you can "fight". It means you have trained your body to hit hard and take pain.
It shows discipline.
Tamashiwari isn't something most martial artists practice.
Instead the train in makawari to strengthen parts of thr body they will use to hit with.

Lol at these people and the yelling...if anyone on here could actually break REAL bricks or wood then they would be unstoppable. No one in this video has ever fought on a professional level or prob any level. These events give people a false sense of strength and they will get hurt in a fight because or it.
They probably did those full contact karate sparring, which is legit. They probably sucked at it because by the looks of it they rely more on their mass than skill.
