Thanks for all the work you do. I went full minions last season (first time I've used Necro). I still love Necro but wanted something a little different this season so I'm glad to see something a bit different!
Hell yeah, I’m running with surge until I felt like I have enough aspects but if bone spirit is THIS broken I’ll just respec when I’m home from work lol
Played this build with Every Mythic equipped other than Andariel’s. It was super easy do big damage and not die. The mob clearing is slow due to cast times but the burst damage is pretty insane
I've been mixing the starter, lvl to 100 and endgame setups from the guide as things become available. Works well at 72, can do +20 lvl NM. Personally, I like to melee for some ressources, so I removed ressources regen legendary and added automatic curses + Reap.
Makes sense - thanks for the update. I keep hoping for a requiem drop better than the base. Haven't seen a single one in about 50 hours of play. Sigh. No boots, no amulet yet at Lvl 75.
Thanks - I think I'll continue posting the things I'm missing. I jumped on D4 after this, and I got two ring drops - at 6 and then at 7, within 5 minutes of play.
Hi Macrobioboi! Do you suggest Blood mist or Bone storm as last ability? I put the build together but I feel that survivability will be an issue and blood orbs from grasping veins help but it may not be enough I’m debating on keeping blood mist or swapping for bone storm I’m asking because the planner shows mist but video has bone storm and it make me wonder this question
Hello, very nice vid. I wanted to ask you a question and, apologies for doing this here, I saw a comment of yours on reddit but I don't remember on which thread it was so, I came here to ask. The question is about shademist aspect. Like I said, I saw you made a comment on reddit that you were doing some tests on it and I'm following a shademist build from kripparian. They say the skill is bugged, some tempers work with it, others don't. In your opinion, is shademist a viable build? What tier would you classify it as? Thank you in advance, I do hope you reply, I'm at a crossroads now with my build and I do not want to reroll to bone spirit, I don't find the playstyle to my liking. Also, last question, between shademist, bone splinters(another build I've heard about) and shadow minion build, how would you rank them in terms of power this season?
Shademist is not a viable damage scaler. It scales off the Necro, not your minions. It's also bugged and procs on gear lucky hit chance, but I didn't find a use for it in the PTR as a legit build around aspect.
I noticed that you prefer maximum essence on pieces than CoolDown reduction...want to have max essence 300 so u can hit overpower neck on the first hit?
Dear Macro - Thank you very much for this clarification - just what i have been asking myself the last few hours, and you cleared it right up, as usual :) Question though - dont you mean 275 Max essence with everything active? And 2nd... "Critical Strike Chance with Bone Skills" - Is there anywhere we can see that accumulated stat or do we have to keep doing our own math from items and paragon board?
I hope they add it soon... They added bone crit damage so why not crit chance? *Shrugs* but anyway, yeah, as much essence as possible but min 275 to trigger banished, thanks 🥰
Watched him play it today for a few minutes on stream, he died in a tier 5 with 2 or 3 other people and repeated that the build is squishy. Bloodmist is all the defense, so more CDR?
I'm working out the survivability for people like me who can't dodge stuff on controller. Bone Storm instead of Blood Mist, with 100% uptime on Shielding Storm with Osseous Gale. I'll upload a video soon, it feels REALLY good.
@@MacroBioBoiNice. Playing HC and wanting to hit 100 first char would be awesome if also not slowing down too much. Looking forward for getting to start up when higher lvl. Solo infernal hordes seems like a fast place for xp, just need to keep enough defensive things while doing the dmg toon at 80+. Not there yet. Just 42 yet, not that many hours spent yet since s5. 👍
I don't cover eternal builds specifically. It's nearly impossible to optimize for it due to the legacy gear in the game that you either do or do not have.
Sorry if it's a dumb question, but: How do we consume corpses for the flesh-eater legendary node? We just use a 10 seconds CD tendrils that consume corpses, right? Or am I playing wrong?
Hola Macro, its me again 🤗 Been thinking... Is there a world where its worth it to get the Bone Skill Crit Chance tempers instead if spirit tempers to gain 100% crit chance without situational crit chances?
@@MacroBioBoi Hello Again - I apologize if this is me being ignorant, but i simply cant understand how you get to 100% crit on your latest Super Tanky Boi (Which i watched you showcase and i really like it). The planner says you have 65.1% on gear and such - and i can deduce the 4% bone crit from paragon and then 20% from bonestorm. But that only adds up to 89.1%. Is that it? Or am i missing something?
@@GoppleKing If you need more Crit Chance you temper Bone Crit Chance on Rings, Gloves and Weapons. Also calculate your Crit bonus from Serration Passive.
So the answer to the question "when can I swap to bone spirit?" is "when you get to the point where you can make this super scuffed version"? That's not particularly helpful. :(
@@jedgurner1 That's more than just one danger so sounds like it might be dangerous. ;) Honestly, thanks for reply, gotta see i would have to change or if going w/e to hit 100 safely first. S5 is almost over even tho it just began with expac so soon and just getting my Necro to 100 and doing some stuff is enough until it's D4R, I mean D4 VoH. There's another joke I threw in for free.
Astute observation. Sadly, you can't choose to have a Banished Lords Talisman. The starter and leveling builds are for before you have OP, but many people just want to play the endgame version. So I've freely educated you on every way to get into the build, regardless of the gear starting point you're personally at.

I'm completely torn by bone spirit... it's clearly OP levels broken on damage, but man... I find it just incredibly boring gameplay.
Definitely lame af and mostly dynamic for bossing and that’s it

I plan to take the bone splinter version as far as I can to collect all the parts for the endgame version. It’s more fun to me

Can we see an updated video of your build and how it looks fully optimized? Thanks for the content.

I don't have the optimal gear but i switched to bone spirit last night and did the capstone dungeon at lvl40 its a fun play style
I was wondering if maybe a theory craft infinimist/golem slam build would be an idea? Or if you could make it? Sounds fun
I'm lvl 80. Do you recomment bloodmist or bonestorm? I play your lvl to 100 build atm and will switch to boneprison with boots today.
I don't recommend either over the other. It depends on which survival tool you personally want.
super scuffed version here... 15 runs to try and get boots and nada :) still killing with relative ease
I'm level 94 and have found 5 of those boots. I need the amulet

For horde and pit pushing, bone storm
What level did you start using bone spirit or did you start it in the Beginning?
Around level 80 or so
So what you have in this video and whats on the planner are two different things. Which one should we follow?
The planner
1st, thanks for the awesome content. 2nd, can you at least start to transition at 50 or is it all stat based?
Stat and gear based, doesn't matter what level you are

Thank you. Probably a stupid question, you mentioned overpower every cast. How do we get bone spirit to overpower every cast?
The amulet says, if you spend 275 resource your next skill is guaranteed to overpower. That's why he was mentioning 275 essence as a break point.
