Its easy to blame the coach...but the reality is that those players have no chemistry together...they seem uninterested (apathy)....running hard but without direction....they seem disjointed playing together. With all the time these young men spend playing apart in their respective clubs and together one would think there would be carry over discipline in the basics of the game. When a team is unpredictable like this team, it is because they lack discipline. So, Is that the coach's fault? Or is that the players? My gut feeling is that no coach can fix this lack of heart from the players....so when the decide on a coaching change, they also need to seek new players also and see where their heart is.
Americans don't understand what a golden generation is, especially in relation to football. A golden generation is an exemplary group of players with the ability to take on any team, a team that has elite, future hall of fame players in almost every position and successful participations in major competitions. Your biggest player is a premier league reject, your golden generation is not even a bronze generation material. Most importantly, stop calling it soccer just cus u guys though it was smart to call a game with an egg shaped object that you carry and throw with your hands for the majority of the time football for some reason.

Either Berhalter isn't the answer, these players aren't the answer, or US fans expectations are not proportionate to the team's level.
9:49 did this man call Southgate a gem? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
In my opinion the USSF will not make the hard decision to fire Berhalter. If they were he would have been fired. He should not have been rehired.
It's not just get Gregg out it. It's a fundemental shift in the thinking at US Soccer. this World Cup is too important to the growth of the game in this country and it is not the time be timid. it's time to be bold and go for it. our players are good, but indisciplined, poorly utilized and too comfortable being mediocre. We need to be bold and bring in a winner
Why is the USSF still allowed to even make these decisions....they aren't serious....whole thing needs an overhaul
Ain't no way he called Southgate a gem lmao
Southgate is the first English manager in 50 years to advance the furthest. He's got a semi final in the world cup and final of the Euros. Hate his style if you want but his record of progress is unbeatable.
USSF just gave GB the keys to the city!
Spanish, German, and Italian coaches are much better than those from other countries.
If I hear Golden Generation one more damn time 🤬
The US isn’t getting Klopp and they need to stop getting fans hopes up as they’ll feel deflated if they get some unknown guy, but there are plenty of decent coaches out there who will be an improvement on what they currently have. Someone like Moyes or Rogers would be a good shout if available and they wouldn’t completely blow the budget. One thing people are ignoring when mentioning guys like Klopp is they’d have to pay the womens coach exactly the same and thats not happening.
i don't think it's about the coaching... Canada simply has a better roster than the US team.
a lot of hate for usmnt. its Uruguay is a top tier team that always competes brazil and argentina. what more do you expect
This team took on the personality of their coach Gregg BUMholder which is weak and feeble
Tony is right
Anyone is better than greg, except Jesse.
and then Canada bodies another National team .. Bring on 26 World Cup .. Les Rouges
Soccer imagine important than knowledge.
LMAO making Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp take a test, USSF is a joke.
Time for US to has new coach
The players have been given participation trophies their entire lives. The current situation is no different. Calling them a golden generation before they have done anything is very current day. Clap them on the back, and tell them they are wonderful if you want to keep losing.
Guardiola or Mourinho. We have to take the higher step now or the rest is time wasting.
Yeah I'm sure Pep is knocking on the USMNT door. Good call.
@@whatevername8551 Money
@@whatevername8551typical delusional Americans, they think top end coaches like that want this terrible job
Miola is another one of these guys that doesnt hold Gregg to the fire. Just simply say it let Gregg go. He wants to say it without saying it. Smh
We are Belgium; however, with far less talent.
Yes
Marsch plays the same system. We need Klopp.
Klopp isn't happening people need to be realistic.
Lol Klopp would rather coach Saudi Arabia if it were for the money. He’s either going to a place he can have guaranteed success, or somewhere for the money. US is neither
If Berhalter had any integrity *at all* he'd resign. If he gaveashite about the players *at all* he'd resign. If he had any self awareness *whatsoever* ...
he'd resign.
Jokes on us he doesn’t. He already said he feels qualified to lead this group to the World Cup 😂.
He'd read that as "You want me to re-sign? Sure!"
Gregg out 😡
Ole at the wheels 🙏🇺🇸
We need Zlatan to coach us
The players are all out of shape shape because of the clot shots they took
Danish player Christian Eriksen collapsed on the pitch during Denmark's opening match at Euro 2021. Anti-vax idiots like you were quick to blame the "clot shot" until news came out that he was unvaccinated at the time, and all of you were left with egg on your face.
Let’s face it! On the international scene, USNMT mediocre at best! Sadly!
Not once did this group identify the problems and issues of every player.
I would say, nepotism got in the way of selecting these players from an early age. Throw it all away. This is the way.
Yes and yes Allstate
Anheuser-Busch
AT&T
Chipotle
Coca-Cola
Deloitte
Nike
TRULY Hard Seltzer
Visa
Volkswagen
boycott the USA sponsorship. We need a change now.
Hahahahahahah
They are both much too arrogant considering the little either has accomplished in the context of world futbol. Marsch is probably a bit worse because he is an Ivy Leaguer
Could this middle school coach have led better than this high school coach? Wgaf??!!?! These damn no name buddy buddy coaches. 😂😂
Perhaps the dumbest headline all day on UA-cam
I do not think Chavi Alonso could take USA and the man who said that soccer it is not complex does not know anything about football not soccer, mate
USA is so far to understand the football world
Chuck wagon was all onboard with getting rid of GGG now. But we remember his role in announcing GGG's return at the beginning of a game and he was a total paid hack cheerleader.
Let’s give Lalas the chance just to shut him up.
You’ve never had a coach who motivated you and it shows lol
Americans don't understand what a golden generation is, especially in relation to football. A golden generation is an exemplary group of players with the ability to take on any team, a team that has elite, future hall of fame players in almost every position and successful participations in major competitions. Your biggest player is a premier league reject, your golden generation is not even a bronze generation material. Most importantly, stop calling it soccer just cus u guys though it was smart to call a game with an egg shaped object that you carry and throw with your hands for the majority of the time football for some reason.
Pulisic on that Chelsea team didn’t do great, but that’s actually true for most players on Chelsea then. He’s absolutely flying in Serie A.
Here's another "Americans don't understand" fool. And we'll call it soccer all we want. Get over it dirt bag.
Let me guess..."Anuph".... You live close to a lot of sand and oil drills, don't you? GTFO.
Germany 2014... Ozil, Schweinteiger, Lahm, Khedira, Klose, Kroos, Neuer... that's a golden generation.
@@anuph.3806 "Americans don't understand..." YOU don't understand anything punk.
If USSF keeps Nepo hire Gregg they are the problem
Say what you want about the USMNT and Berhalter, but the bottom line is, when you compare the Copa to the Euros; Copa America is barely watchable! It's been like watching the WWE! The constant falling down all over the pitch and dirty play has been abysmal! The tournament organizers need to reevaluate the play in this tournament. It's terrible!
All that money us puts in in US soccer and you guys couldn't even get out of the weak bracket😂😂😂
Switch managers NOW
Have you all seen the people that are on our Federation board of directors? It’s legit a corporation it’s a joke. No Soccer people are on that board lol
NO.....He is no better. If you shop at Walmart, you get Walmart quality.
Yes, next .. oh there is no next
Hire Diego Simeone ! Nobody can win with less than this guy. IT WILL BE DIRTY,BUT HE WILL SURELY GET THE MOST OF WHAT HE HAS. That is the direction we should be heading since we never ever had talented players that can play beautiful soccer.
Marsch isn't good enough. We need a coach with proven international credentials. Preferably Spanish. I'm not Spanish, I'm objective. Look at what Spanish coaches are doing now.
A proven one is klop
