LOL. and baby sister Ale Towers over them at around 5'7.5". They look like 10 foot tall rock stars on stage, but they are so tiny in person. haha. Enjoy the show! Survive is such a high-energy song that never fails to have me bouncing off the walls in my living room or getting another speeding fine whilst driving. Yes, one of their older songs, but IMO, a timeless masterpiece that will still be played in their stadium headlining tours ten years from now. A real The Warning classic. Ashlena...Just really enjoy the show on Sunday!!!! I absolutely love this version of the song and the energy they brought at home in Mexico. I hope they eventually release a DVD from that show. It's got all of their best songs, except More wasn't yet ready. I think it's a total of 1 hour 45 minutes of them playing and kicking ass!
the best version is when Hero the Band, the opening act, came out and danced on stage with the Warning during the instrumental part. I dont think it was planned because dany looked surprised. PS. sometimes Dany will go into the crowd of the smaller venues during the guitar part

From the time many of us first heard Survive (TedX), until we had an opportunity to see them live was years. For others in many parts of the world they’re still waiting for that chance. You had just enough time Ashlena, to become obsessed before going to your first live show. Enjoy!
Other than being able to play this song in their sleep and their growth and maturity, it is the same song. Also, Pau doesn't break as many sticks as she used to. I like the songs where Dany an d Pau trade the lead singing role. Last year, there were a couple of shows where Dany came out into the crowd to play her guitar during the jam.

I don't know if the song dull knives has been recommended yet but it's one that they will almost undoubtedly perform live and I don't think they have released a version of that from Teatro Metropolitan but the version from the warning cave is a fan favorite.
I could not be more excited that you're going. I'm so sad that they will have passed my town on the 401 twice and I still can't get to see them. I will be with you in spirit!!! Just keep in mind that the Toronto show won’t be as big as scale as Teatro Met. I’m sure your aware of that. Apparently they’re not doing the jar song on this leg. Just watched Pau Cam from the Boston show from her cell phone behind her kit. It’s a really cool way to watch a show and really appreciate Pau’s talent. I didn’t see nothing out of the ordinary at that show to give you a heads up but Pau’s phone cut out for a bit during QOTMS so I’m not sure what I missed after until it was restored. Someone said they replaced the jar song with When I’m Alone so I guess we’ll find out Monday. Have fun, I’m off to find more fan videos from the Boston show.

They kicked butt and took names in Boston last night. Spectacular show. They did scratch Amour, so we had only 16 songs, but they subbed Survive for When I'm Alone. I posted some comments on their patreon (that post should be public, as I said nothing that's not public) and a link to more photos. I think that the Brighton Music Hall is a bit smaller than where you're going, but you'll have a pretty good idea what it will be like.

I have said this so many times on the other reactors channels, and it still holds true. I am an absolute drum nut, I am completely obsessed with drums, but Dany’s guitar work at the end of this song is what I look forward to. Well, when they do this song at their TEDx performance, I still always watch for Pau when she brakes about a 4 inch chunk out of her drumstick,(that is when she drops her stick too reach for probably another broken stick) and it flies over and lands on the ride cymbal only to get to take flight a second time when she hits that cymbal again. I think i have read where Pau has even broken drum heads during a show because she goes absolute beast mode! I am so glad I came upon your channel, I love your reactions and how you feel the same about The Warning as I do. I found them on UA-cam a few years ago and haven't stopped listening to them since then. I am also obsessed with the band and can't get enough of them. Just saw their concert on Thursday night at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park NJ. They just get better and better and can't wait for them to start performing in larger venues. I do like the intimate setting in the small venues, but I am getting too old to stand for a couple hours! 😜 I hope you enjoy the show tomorrow night, I am certain you will. Fun Fact about Survive: I don't know for sure but a coupe of years ago, the sisters started performing small choreographed movements during their live performances of Survive. They still do them today, but without exaggerated movement. Plus, nowadays folks don't video in full frame, so you don't see the choreography as easily. Dani and Ale do a guitar neck swing while Pau is singing, and then Pau and Ale do a head/hair toss while Dani is singing. I made a GIF but can't post it here!

I don't know if the song dull knives has been recommended yet but it's one that they will almost undoubtedly perform live and I don't think they have released a version of that from Teatro Metropolitan but the version from the warning cave is a fan favorite.
I could not be more excited that you're going. I'm so sad that they will have passed my town on the 401 twice and I still can't get to see them. I will be with you in spirit!!! Just watched Pau Cam from the Boston show from her cell phone behind her kit. It’s a really cool way to watch a show and really appreciate Pau’s talent.
I didn’t see nothing out of the ordinary at that show to give you a heads up but Pau’s phone cut out for a bit during QOTMS so I’m not sure what I missed after until it was restored.
Someone said they replaced the jar song with When I’m Alone so I guess we’ll find out Monday.

I'm glad someone was able to get the word to you about the merch. Vinyl would be at the very very very tip of the List. All three of their double gatefold LPS are insane! Your gonna freak out when you see whats all in them. Pau is a LP collector, and she hunts for them everywhere she gets the chance. She made a cool video back when they released QOTMS, and she shows off her collection, and gives some explanation about what and why for their vinyl art. I have mine framed. I have said this so many times on the other reactors channels, and it still holds true. I am an absolute drum nut, I am completely obsessed with drums, but Dany’s guitar work at the end of this song is what I look forward to. Well, when they do this song at their TEDx performance, I still always watch for Pau when she brakes about a 4 inch chunk out of her drumstick,(that is when she drops her stick too reach for probably another broken stick) and it flies over and lands on the ride cymbal only to get to take flight a second time when she hits that cymbal again. I think i have read where Pau has even broken drum heads during a show because she goes absolute beast mode! Thank you for the reaction. So jealous, because your going to see them live. Word of warning ( no pone intended) you will still be feeling Ale’s and Pau’s snare vibrating your body when you are live Monday. Not to mention Dany’s rifts and vocals on a loop in your head. Damn Pau coordination is amazing. Song is 4 beats to a bar but the tempo goes half then double, snare isnt straight 2:4 but off time, plays singles then doubles on the hi hat and same time open and closes it. Boths arms and both legs doing its own thing while keeping 4 beats per bar and singing 😮😮😮. Im stressed just typing all that 😂😂

I was a little late at my last show with The Warning, however I they sounded great. They always sound great live.
I am so glad I came upon your channel, I love your reactions and how you feel the same about The Warning as I do. I found them on UA-cam a few years ago and haven't stopped listening to them since then. I am also obsessed with the band and can't get enough of them. Just saw their concert on Thursday night at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park NJ. They just get better and better and can't wait for them to start performing in larger venues. I do like the intimate setting in the small venues, but I am getting too old to stand for a couple hours! 😜 I hope you enjoy the show tomorrow night, I am certain you will. Fun Fact about Survive: I don't know for sure but a coupe of years ago, the sisters started performing small choreographed movements during their live performances of Survive. They still do them today, but without exaggerated movement. Plus, nowadays folks don't video in full frame, so you don't see the choreography as easily. Dani and Ale do a guitar neck swing while Pau is singing, and then Pau and Ale do a head/hair toss while Dani is singing. I made a GIF but can't post it here!
