My wife and I are planning to retire within 10 years and I am definitely going to look you up when that time draws nearer. We do not want to build yet, so renting will be our main thing for now and Lipa is a place we have committed to stay 99.99%. It has everything we need from shopping to dining.

I think you found your calling, very nice house at a great price point. Few furnishings to add, like bed, TV and Lazy Boy but those you can get for good price in the Philippines. Also, lots of land space between the houses so you have some privacy. Keep these type of videos coming sir! 😃

This is a very nice property for p17K. The only downside is that there are no cupboards in the dressing. A dressing usually has built in clossets, which is something you cannot do in a rental.

Nice. Wish I knew about this before purchasing property. Could have saved a lot of dough! Oh, went to Baton Rouge Springs and swam for about 45-60 minutes. Cold, refreshing. Beautiful place.

The only thing missing are closet, which can be an easy fix if there are local builders/vendors around. Love the extension yard, but on the backside, would request an additional 2 rows of blocks on fence. Overall, a good catch.

Regarding the grills on the windows, how do you get the windows clean? Also in case of fire how would you get out?
These are good questions. They can be removed from inside the house for cleaning. We permanently removed one from our bedroom to use as emergency exit. Thanks for watching 🙂

How far from this Subd. to SM Lipa, could you plz include info like that for a point of reference Kuya. An outdoor open balcony'terrace for outdoor entertaining is a Must for me in a rental
It is 15 minutes by scooter to the SM Lipa, 20 by tricycle. We don't have a balcony in our home but I do love them. Thank you!🙂

We enjoyed the neighborhood but didn’t enjoy the noise from dogs, roosters and karaoke even late at night. So happy that we’re now in a subdivision that strictly restricts these noises😊
