This is great information to absorb. I don’t find the post stretch last minute of classes that helpful. I could stand to listen to the recommended pre and post classes. Do you have any recommendations on putting this all together? Meaning a beginner getting started in strength training with limited knowledge on how to progress, or nutrition or anything else i should incorporate. I wish that was an offering or add onto peloton. Thanks!
ya unfortunately that is the missing piece for Peloton. I do cover this a bit on my instagram @therealcolinjenkins and on my personal channel www.youtube.com/@colinjenkins but it admittedly is a bit limited, tho I do have more coming soon to help with this hopefully!
