too expensive to run in korea, so they take all the ad revenue to compensate for the cost. thus why streamers who are based in korea cannot earn money from their streams.

@@emplore there's this devin nash video where he goes into detail. but basically korea hates foreigners and charged them stupid prices for basic ass utils like internet. thus, unprofitable to run in korea the way they do anyewhere else.
