Its actually a tribal hairstyle in Africa..created and very popular thousands of years ago..and still popular amongst kids till date. Cos of our full hair texture, we stretched and part into 2,3 or 4 bubble ponytails (a particular black hair thread is used in created the bubbles). Meanwhile it is still trendy amongst kids, parents part their hair into 3 (or more) bubble pony and they add colourful clips to make it look cut..parents sometimes add braiding hair extension to make it long. Those with lengthy hair, make only 1 pony..exactly like what this celebs are rocking today.
