The acting in Queen of Tears is TOP-TIER TOP-NOTCH LEGENDARY AMAZING. The Kim Ji Won and Kim Soo Hyun duo is crazy powerful. Absolutely loved the church and car accident scenes, they’re legendary. Looking forward to KJW’s and KSH’s future works! ❤️
As much as I like Queen of tears , I can objectively say that Lovely Runner is a better drama with consistent plot lines and acting. Queen of tears didn't hit the same after episode 6.
I drool endlessly watching kdramas. Casting, writing, directing, acting, music, cimenatics, foley,... they come together to create so many emotionally driven masterpiece moments. I gave up on American cinema entirely when I discovered K-content because it made me want to believe in hopeful humanity and love again. It is mostly clean content to watch for the whole family, which is never the case for American filth. Its Okay to not be okay, Encounter, True Beauty, 25 21, Mr Sunshine, Red Sleeve, and dozens more have all been rewatchable masterclasses in cinema. I visited LA this past weekend to see kpop group Seventeen, and it was wonderful to look around and see 10,000 + Koreans singing along joyfully. I saw how authentic and joyful they are as a culture and felt there is nothing I can do better than to joyfully support their creative efforts across all creative genres. Being a warrior for k-content is a meaningful way to dedicate what time I have left on earth. I wish that I lived around Korea town in LA so I could immerse myself fully in their culture for years.

I loved Korean Dramas very much but found that they started blaspheming our Lord Jesus Christ's Name and therefore stopped watching any of their drams. So sad that they want to please the Americans in this way.
