I have no idea what you are talking about... *looks at underwater-mansion/factory/research-lab/prawn-army-base*
I thought I was bad enough collecting and sorting everything into storage built into a sub-level of my main base.
Then I installed Autosort lockers, customised my storage, and added more storage to my cyclops.
I pretty much lived in the PRAWN at that point.
It never became a problem though. I could ignore resources any time I wanted.
I just never wanted to.
@@shaggybaggums just one storage level? I had to divide stuff into on-hand storage level near fabricator, reserve storage on the level below that, and excess-storage on yet another level, for anything that wouldn't fit elsewhere. Oh and then there is the cargo-cyclops of course.
@@ranekeisenkralle8265 On some builds instead of one large level (or sections of a level), I also tried a group of towers below the fabricator.
A lot would depend on the terrain though as I liked to try different places.
I even tried a dock for multiple cyclops in that large cave down by the sea treaders. Not as successful as I would've liked though as I wanted to also leave room for the sea treader's migration.
@@shaggybaggums fair. I built my base at the edge of the Mushroom Forest towards the creepvine area. The open area near the start of the ravine is fairly sizable. Plus I branched off my lab and holding cells from the main base and placed those across the ravine. So my base stretched out a bit. Still it was reasonably close to the portal-cave.
You forgot about the hoarders, I collect and collect knowing I could possibly use more than a few items of the same and end up with too many storage lockers haha

Aci: (70DB) HEY THERE, I'M ACI AND WELCOME TO 10 TYPES OF SUBNAUTICA PLAYERS!!!!
true
I started as a Scaredy Cat Player, but evolved into a Predator. After getting threatened by the leviathans for about a week I started going 'Oh, you want to eat me? NOT IF I END YOU FIRST!'
Since then the Prawn Suit, Drill Arm and Stasis rifle have been very good friends.
I started Below Zero about two weeks ago and I've been cutting into the Shadow Leviathan population. I can almost make it to he bottom of the crystal caves without having to see them now > : ]
In Subnautica I think it was the Ghost Leviathan that finally triggered my hunting spree. I think my save in that game has maybe 2-3 Reapers left now... The sea dragons kept running away so they're still alive... For now.
(Ran out of battery power when I was down there last time so there's still a couple surviving... For now) Just looking for the last blasted Alien Artifact to finish the body before I go back to finishing them off.
The leviathans don't just respawn after you kill them?
@@lilacsunshine3132 Not in the original subnautica. ^^
They respawn in below zero which is super annoying. You spend all that effort to kill a shadow leviathan only to have it pop back up :T

I’m sorryyy that’s me
I didn't know you could see the fish in the bioreactor. Normally I just throw lantern fruit and peepers in there.
Now I have a use for the Garyfish.
As someone with severe thalassophobia I am definitely type 1
Thalassophobia mixed with a large amount of curiosity constantly gets me in trouble. I can't help but to explore everything while being petrified of what's around the corner or out in the abyss. I will always remember my first reaper encounter. Screamed like a little girl I did, had to pause the game and collect myself. I then proceeded to scour the reapers turf for cyclops fragments whilst panicking from the reapers constant harassment. Fun times.
What is thalassophobia
Edit: thalassophobia is a fear of the ocean i search it up
@@antwanetteedwards It's also a fear of the unknown, some people experience it when they think about deep space and see pictures. The vast emptiness and the possibility of something lurking in the shadows.
I now watch ppl play FNAF and then a jumpscare comes.
Me : no faster heartbeat, no movement, no screaming (or noise)
I think I’m broken in getting scared
To try get rid of the phobia I made a base In the void..It’s started helping until a Ghost I now call Ghosty, killed me.
