Do you use mercury vapor bulbs for your tortoises ?

Sometimes but never when they're outside. They get all they need from the sun. When they're inside I do but it really depends on the species.

@@BonsaiTortoise is it fine if I just use a Mercury vapor bulb since I plan on keeping my tortoise inside? He’s 3 months old atm but i plan on just keeping him inside mostly, and just take him outside everyone once and a while when it gets warm where I live
