I never thot Blake Weber would have competition. German has entered the ring . Excellent work . Please don’t make me choose one over the other. We can all learn something from these 2 giants. Excellent !!
Watching these videos a person likes to think, ya I wouldn't do it that way. But WOW it's impossible to find anything that isn't impeccable in your work. Excellent, excellent work!
Your craftsmanship is superb! The wood you chose for this cabinet is beautiful and the contrast between the two woods is perfect!! The only thing I really would have liked to have seen in-depth would be the milling of each board- the break down of each board from slab to board. Thank you for sharing this project build with us.
I love how cleanly you work. Also, I really like that you used a violin end button for the door and drawer pulls. I have collected lots of used pegs over the years of violin repair, so I will try something similar to what you have done with the endbuttons.
I've just come across your work. It's stunning. Your dimensions here for the rails and stiles have caused me to alter a design that I'm using for a small whiskey cabinet door. I appreciate how you've created such balance with the dimensions.
Germán, a very beautiful piece, and watching your build moments is very soothing, as I guess you intend. A really nice touch to leave the wedged shaft of the knob proud, that means so much to me visually when the door is opened. Somehow, it is conveying a feeling of strength and shape, just that little bit. I really appreciate seeing someone use the sensible method of leaving the tails of the joint slightly proud for flushing, rather than the pins as so many seem to think. In future videos, at the end give us just a little more time to run our eyes over the finished product, please!
Fantástico vídeo, tanto el mueble como la edición. Además, da gusto ver que este tipo de trabajos no se hacen solo en USA y que hay maestros carpinteros en la península.
@@germanperaire7859 - one once in a while of such good quality is better than lots of low quality, so I completely understand. Maybe you should do some paid for instruction videos - I would definitely subscribe to those. Maybe one day I'll pop over to your workshop for one of your courses. You make exactly the sort of furniture I like, in a similar way to how I like to make it..... Keep up the good work. Many thanks.
German increible tu trabajo! Estoy intrigaodo respecto a si usas pegamento o no en las uniones de cola de milano que haces? Veo que encastran perfectamente: volves a desarmar y colocar pegamento o dejas que la madera trabaje sola? desde ya gracias.Saludos
Cabinets can display anything. Nobody but nobody addresses the issue of shop dust covering the French cleat items. Cabinets with sliding doors will solve the problem. No back to cabinet. Hang French cleat items in cabinet frame. Use lexan panel for visibility. Your thoughts. Better yet build one and make the video!!!! Thx Bruce. Cleats and Cabinets ( sort of like root beer and ice !)
I have downloaded this one to my hard drive.
Watched it a dozen times already. Pure perfection!
Beautiful work. Loved the wedged door knob and I think your Dovetail work is the best I have seen.

Krenov nods approvingly. Well done, Germán!
So beautiful, so precise! The knob with inserted wedge...masterpiece.
I'm wandering who just passed from here & did not give LIKE for this accurate work !!!
Making a good thing with too much love. Everything is just perfect
I am speechless. Love everything. The design, the subtle details. The result. The handcrafting. Also beautifully filmed and lighted.

Well done my friend.

Is the knob modeled on a violoncello end pin? Beautiful!
@@germanperaire7859 The use of the viola endpin adds grace and style. Love your work!
Bona feina! Molt bó el video, sense música innecessària ni escenes sense interès. Pel que fa a l’armari és magnífic. En Krenov estaria satisfet.
Beautiful piece. What brand hinges did you use?
Great video! What finish did you use? Where did you buy your try square? Take care!
@@germanperaire7859 thank you! I will both of those up. Take care and happy holidays!
Krenov would be proud.
