I guess casually putting a military base without consent from other countries hundred of miles from your home country and bullying your neighbors to submission is i think a "Legal" thing in Chinese dictionary. Ren ai jiao is within the maritime territory of Spratly Islands controlled by chyna. The islands within the 11-dash line belong to chyna as per Potsdam Conference 1945. UNCLOS deals only with sea navigation, it has no jurisdiction on sovereignty ownership of islands.🤓
