Whats your thoights on shoguns in solo lane/warrior biulds? Naturally auto attack junglers benefit in ganks. Do you see worth?

I know Ao solo has been some what of a thing lately, but bruiser Ao: book of Thoth, cd boots, breastplate, Genjis or onis, depending on what you really need, book of the dead, then pythags. pub stompy as hell

I rarely comment anything here on UA-cam, but allow me to tell you one thing: There are plenty of Smite streamers around. Most of the well-known ones are decent to very good players. However, some of these are not entertaining. Some others don't offer any insight into their plays and simply talk about whatever comes up. A few of them are toxic and arrogant to the point of narcissism. You are the first streamer I have finally met who is good at the game, well-mannered and offers proper insight into his plays and builds while still talking about other entertaining things. I barely watch smite videos anymore and don’t really keep track of peoples names, but I thought exactly the same thing when I read that I though. “Sounds like that one Asian motherfucker” and I wasn’t the only one

I actually never played swk, but right now I am kinda play him every ranked game and doing really well with him, he is so much fun!

I'm talking about how the build was made to keep an opponent in melee range with the frost bound and the movement speed from talaria and golden blade all the mercury was missing in a complete stick build was hastened katana for the haste after basic attacks

I was a herc/tyr main until I watched you play wukong in season 4 and finally picked up playing him and I use your videos to help. One of my favorites to play now
how do you feel about mages blessing boots glad shield then soul eater? That's what fineokay recommended in his guide for wukong curious on your thoughts about the build order
Mages blessing only against squishies. Fighting Tyr, you absolutely need some sustain.

I tried this as soon as I saw your video. I also faced tyr so thanks for the tips about dealing with him. Anyways I went 19-9 cause this build does work. I absolutely love it!
Hey mast could you try a rat solo full tank? Blackthorn hammer, glad shield, ancile etc. it works surprisingly well

Hi, I've recently return to the game and i've notice that towers now give you gold when they kill minions. What is the patch when they decided to change it?
Ok, as a level 106 on Console this is a bit humbling to ask, but... how do you do that red form with his three? I'm new to Wukong so I'm still a bit ignorant about that, all I can do is the plain transformations, not the whole floating in the air with a red glow deal lol

Mast from my experiences I have a 2 star wukong I never lose solo land or even get pushed back unless it’s by an Achilles u gotta upgrade the 1 first then put point into the 3 also just build warriors blessing into a glad shield first into boots into a depending on team comp ofc brawlers beat stick or breastplate of valor then go into either your damage item defense item depending on previous pick you can then go into maybe a genjis or pestilence genjis for cd and pest for more anti heal then go into a crusher or jotuns for max cd but if u went genjis u don’t need jotuns then go into either a nemeon or mantle of discord then eventually sell glad shield for a final damage or defense item depending on what u need I know this is a long comment but it’s just for anyone who would like to play wukong successfully since many just suppose he’s extremely bad in ranked for some odd reason
Hey Mast! Or anyone else, it's been a while since i've played solo, but did Master's Will (2) get a buff or something recently? Why are you leveling that first as opposed to the cudgel? I always thought the cudgel was stronger, more mana efficient and had better clear/poke potential

I agree about soul eater. I don't understand why noone builds it. It's amazing on ability hunters like ullr, amc, medusa, etc. You're already building trans so you're left with asi, bloodforge and soul eater for your life steal item. Sure bloodforge is alot and decent life steal but after soul eater is stacked it's offers so much for 2300 gold. You get cdr, mana(synergizes with trans), lifeteal and great power. Counting extra power given from the mana you only have 9 less power than bloodforge and 5% less regular life steal but 5% more regular and ability lifesteal combined. The only thing that bloodforge has over it is the passive which is really good but not worth what'd you get from soul eater when playing ability based hunters
This build idea popped n my head Atlanta bow and hasen katana or even Atlanta bow and frozen mallet might be awful bit sounded fun (Atlanta bow speed help u stay on target when they get outta range of hasten or frozen) just sounded fun whay do you think? Also love the video
I mean its kinda impossible to get out of range of katana. But it will be hilarious when you start to pass then up with atalantas
Doesnt breastplate 2 give you mp5 and flat mana? that would explain why you were losing mana faster when you stole his blue
24:11 I probably would have dropped down on their heads and proceeded to eagle out of there. However, that little plan would have been cool if it got pulled off.
I love this build, since Wukong always struggled with sustain against other gods, mainly Tyr and Chaac. Cheers for Soul Eater! An item awful on almost every god except for a few ones!

1. Why did he go soul eater, and not just the gladiator shield?
2. Why is soul eater strong on Pele?

He's testing the soul eater. It does a similar job but translates better into late game.
As for pele: her passive allows her to lifesteal from abilities bellow 50%hp. When you add the bonus from soul eater you get a lot of lifesteal

SE is strong on Pele because it pairs well with her passive, which is SE passive lol.
wukong doesn't clear wave with his 1 and 2 anymore. clear with 1 and bull form and save the 2 for boxing since the bull form was buffed to do more damage early.

Personally I would have went Shoguns kurasai at some point because you had a Mercury a Chronos and a jing Wei all of the following heavily rely on auto attacks it may not have made the biggest difference but it would have made you a lot more helpful in team fights not that you weren't of course.
Definitely wanted an urchin not a winged blade there. Only 50 less health and 51 more of both prots when stacked
@@kumailhasan4916 That's all true. I guess if you're just trying to end immediately, winged blade is fine. I just like to nerd out on builds so wanted to make the point that Urchin is very good for this type of build. It's an all in one - protections, health and mana. Makes you way tankier if you don't have many other tank items. Mantle is decent but you're not getting health from other items so your effective health is lower. Even Spirit Robe would have been better for the damage mitigation, but has no health either.
Though to be fair that's what Mast did, pick up the health item (Winged Blade) after buying the prots item (Mantle).

yeah I thought that was an odd thing to say, I main him in joust and have no problems 100 to zeroing squishies if i have a level or 2 above them, which I usually do

Why do you give up hitting the archers to poke a God that gets back all the health you take from him by killing your archers? Wouldve been better early to kill wave first especially since sun wu doesnt have that good self heal
Soul eater is ok,more like a gladiator shield if you think so but the crusher..is really helpful when you play with a character that deals tone of dmg on theirs abilities such as thanatos,serqet,amc,and in general any assasins and hunters,idk what to say about warriors keeping in mind that 15% is a very low amount in your case and you don't make use of crusher,if you really want dmg for your soul eater try a late game trans build

What do you mean damage for your soul eater? It's the 4th highest physical power item when stacked behind trans, Devo's and bloodforge. Getting trans late game isn't that great cause you're going to want to invest into a robe item at that point to help you Frontline against the late game adc and not get blown up by the mid. Theres a reason trans is never built in solo and that's cause early game you're going for survivability and countering you lane opponent and late game you're going for frontlining items. Of course trans and soul eater on a ability based hunter in adc or mid is always a great idea cause of how much they synergize.
What item in the build would you replace for trans anyways.
@@tylerwestphal8818 honestly, you could probably get rid of shield late game for something else but even then if your getting rid of shield it's for more defense

The crusher start on woking beats defense starts, I couldn't 1v1 early as a ratotoskr or other warriors
if you maxed your cudgel in the laning phase you wouldve had an easier time because it does bonus damage to minions and its better for poking

My opinion on best start with wukong is mages and trans right off start gives you Alot of clear and poke damage

You say soul eater is a bad pick for and auto attack adc without giving any reasoning other than you shouldn't and than you backtrack and say some can but dont say who can.....can you elaborate
Ability lifesteal is not significant on gods that do most of their damage through auto attacks. Ability lifesteal is also bad for healing off of 1 on 1 engagements and gets most of it's value from healing off of minions instead. Devo gloves offers WAY more lifesteal for a lower price and is therefore pretty much always better on ADC's. The only real exception would be Ullr and I think it's just not worth building lifesteal at all on him.
wukong was never bad.. hydras make him one shot.. even with defenses
