Will they check to see if you posted the products? Do you know if they have anything for people who would be selling the things in person and not online through social media ?
Yes, they check and you have to submit the link to your posting as well. so no, I don’t think they would have that for off-line unless you’re purchasing the products yourself but the buyers would still have to buy it online.

Yes, when you first start, they only allow you one sample at a time so you have to wait until you post the first one

I just got an email from DHGate I set up myaffiliate account but I'm having a hard time on the back end finding products I do home decor and I haven't found a lot of things to promote.
As far as free samples I’m not sure if there’s many but I would suggest you to pitch to sellers on DHgate.
